I had the pleasure of working with Old Town Design Group through the planning process for a custom home. Although I ultimately decided it wasn’t the right financial decision for me at this time, I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Adam (sales) and Nate (architect) were both fantastic—knowledgeable, fair, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The process was exceptionally well-organized, far better than my experiences with previous builders. Nate worked closely with me over several months to design a home I absolutely loved, capturing every detail I had hoped for. Even when challenges arose, Old Town made every effort to find creative solutions and make the build feasible. While it wasn’t in the cards for me right now, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them in the future. If you’re looking for a builder who truly listens, collaborates, and delivers a seamless and professional design process, I highly recommend Old Town Design Group.

Building a home should be transparent and enjoyable. The Old Town team works hard to navigate the construction process while providing open communication every step of the way. They have multiple model homes where you can check out high quality build they offer.
