Working with Pamela was a delight from start to finish. She has an eye for detail and helped us come up with a plan that was economical while also beautiful and functional. Her customer service is top notch. She always got back with me quickly when I emailed or called, came out personally to our home to get exact measurements, and even came with me to the flooring store to help me select a floor that would look the best with my cabinets. She really does care about her clients and wants them to be happy with their home.

Why would you go to a big box when you can work with experienced pros who personally stay with you from a project's start to finish? Pamela Wilkins (cabinets, counter tops) and Brent Robinson (building materials and fireplace stone) can't be beat! Product quality is top notch too!

If I could give ZERO STARS....I would. We returned a large quantity of product to them, which they accepted and put back into their stock to re-sell....and then refused to issue us a refund for said merchandise. In my opinion, that is the equivalent to stealing! The manager Jeff was rude, stated that is their policy, and stood behind it. Therefore, now they have all of our product, or have already re-sold it, and have not and will not issue us a refund.

Pamela at Henry Poor was awesome. I knew I wanted a new kitchen but wasn't sure how to achieve it. I walked into the store and was greeted by Pamela. She was very professional and wrote down the ideas I did have and then asked me questions. A couple of days later she had drawn up some ideas that I would have never thought of. Except that it turned out that was what I did want. She was by my side and was very supportive. Helped me with everything from the walls to the cabinet knobs. Pamela you ROCK!!

I can't even begin to describe the awesome experience with Linda at Henry Poor.....she was AMAZING! She had such great ideas about things that I didn't even think of. We were building a new home and purchased our kitchen & household cabinets/ countertops from Linda. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with anyone during the building process and this was our second time building a home. She answered all questions and always made herself available whenever we called or contacted her during the entire process and if she wasn't available, she always returned calls/email the same day. The project was completed on time as she said and we were more than thrilled with the price and quality of the products. Linda went above and beyond and is the most genuine patient person one could ever meet. She is very kind, listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about designing. There was no doubt that she loves what she is doing and designs as if it were her own. We would definitely recommend her to anyone for any household design....She is fabulous!

Linda at Henry Poor patiently helped us create our dream kitchen. And when I say patiently, I mean it. She worked with us for well over a year because we changed our scope and the layout multiple times. She was a delight -- always smiling and always ready and willing to make things right. Her suggestions and ideas were spot on! We're so thankful we landed at Henry Poor and in Linda's hands. I'm going to have to redo a bathroom soon so I can hang with her again. :)

We have utilized Linda at Henry Poor for several projects over the last 4 years. The largest was the kitchen last spring. She listens to her customers and has delivered a kitchen that exceeded our expectation. Her attention to the details and years of experience offer a level of expertise that puts her well above her competition. Her products line is broad in that she offers a contractor level product up to high end custom products. Linda makes herself available to her customers and communicates changes, delays etc. in a timely fashion. Meet with her. Her laughter and smile are the bonus! =)

I'm writing this review for Linda Ragan who helped with my kitchen remodeling 2 years ago. She gave me several options and plans knowing my likes and dislikes. I now have the kitchen I love.

I have had many professional experiences with Linda and have found her to be extremely through and knowledgeable about her custom products. I bought all of my cabinets for my new house from Henry Poor Lumber. But before purchasing, I spent a great deal of time with their cabinet gal. Linda, working on a layout, cabinet design and special touches, especially for my kitchen. I can't tell you how beneficial she was to getting my kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and mini bar completed. is he offered suggestions, tips, and architectural advice throughout the whole process. She wnt the extra mile for me when I want d to blend what I like from 2 different cabinets and had a ’test' door made for me. My husband and I built our dream home five years ago. My husband is a wonderful cook and baker, so our kitchen design was very important to him. Linda was wonderful! I can't recommend her highly enough. She quickly understood the kind of kitchen we wanted, both in terms of appearance and usability, and suggested exactly the materials and configuration that worked for us. She visited the building site both before and after the construction. She is a joy to work with! We enjoy the fruits of her efforts every day and will for many years to come.

Henry Poor for cabinets was a great choice for us. Linda especially guided us through the process and help avoid some unforeseen pitfalls. I would use them for my cabinet need again.
