We hired Heritage Stonework to bring to life an outdoor space we had spent 5 years dreaming about, and the results are beyond what we imagined. Nick was incredible to work with on the design – he took the time to hear my ideas and used his knowledge and expertise to take them to the next level; he gave us renderings that brought our ideas to life so we could make decision easily. Working with Richard on the build was an amazing experience – he walked us through the process in detail to make sure we were clear on what we were getting and help pick out final materials. He truly cares about the outcomes and always kept communication lines open. The crews that came out were skilled, polite and did an incredible job keeping the site clear and clean – may neighbours commented on this aspect. The quote was reasonable and what we expected for a job of this size. The team made sure we understood if costs would change. I am excited to work on our next project(s) with Nick, Richard and the crew and would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company that listens, guides and cares deeply about what they do.

We contacted Heritage Stoneworks to help repair and reconfigure our patio. Nick and his team were very professional and responsive throughout the project. As with any renovation, things don't always go as planned with unforeseen issues popping up. These issues were quickly brought to my attention with well thought out solutions and the project completed on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with the work and have already started discussing our next project with them.

We could not be happier with the work done by Heritage. They ripped out our old rotted retaining walls, and replaced with new stone that will last forever, and looks beautiful. They also put in a new patio, and reset some old stone on another patio. Their crews were awesome (thank you Jacob), paying great attention to detail. After they were finished, you would never know they had been there.....except of course for the fabulous new yard. Highly recommend these folks.

Heritage Stoneworks did a phenomenal job in our front, side, and backyard. It was a huge (for us) undertaking and the result was better than we could have asked for. Cameron and Scott were always professional, patient, informative, and very accommodating with all my requests. They came up with many really awesome ideas, incorporated many of mine into their design and it was really cool watching it all come to fruition. I hired this firm to redo our front stairs. They were awesome!! We were able to work together to get a design that I liked, even though the design I wanted was not an easy one to do. They were more than accommodating. The work crew they sent out were the best,,very professional, consulted with us all along the way and were extremely neat and tidy. I can not say enough good things about Heritage Stoneworks!!!!

Heritage Stoneworks designed and executed our entire backyard renovation which included a pool, cabana and landscaping. They developed an ingenious design that flowed perfectly from our existing deck and stonework. They offered very practical advice and were prompt and understanding in dealing with issues as they arose. As our project included paving stones, concrete, masonry, carpentry and landscaping, I think we had every Heritage crew here at some point. All were professional and easy to deal with. They worked well with all other trades involved and the trades people they brought on (siding and countertop) were also excellent. As with any outdoor project, we had some settling issues after the first winter. Heritage quickly returned in the spring and resolved those issues. We couldn't be happier with with our yard or our choice in hiring Heritage Stoneworks!

Our total backyard renovation complete with hardscape, landscape, garden, structures and decking was exceptionally designed and constructed. the budget and all deadlines were met. And unlike experience with other contractors, any problems were resolved quickly without hassle or question. A truly great experience and great results that we will continue to enjoy for many years to come.

Heritage Stoneworks completed two backyard "hardscaping" projects for me which included patio stonework, garden beds and planting. From the estimation phase to project completion I received professional guidance, terrific suggestions, timely responses and very efficient service. The team arrived and worked daily until the jobs were complete - there was no stop and start and absolutely no frustration wondering if it was ever going to be completed. The quality of the products used and the final outcome was first class.

We recently had Heritage Stoneworks complete a fairly extensive list of projects on our small property that included: a new front walkway that included pavers and an exposed aggregate step up to porch, relocation of existing shed and back fence, new deck, interlocking patio, hot tub installation with privacy screen, construction of several detailed gates, installation of landscape lighting, ashphalt paving of double drive and finally new garden and plantings in front and back. The project began with an on-site meeting with Dietmar, where we simply explained our thoughts and ideas. He was able to take that information and pass them onto Cameron who easily created a concept plan that was exactly what we envisioned. From that point, Richard was our contact and he kept us up to date and informed on every part of the project and schedule. Every single Heritage employee who worked on our property for the duration of the project that was completed over 4 weeks was absolutely professional, respectful, friendly and extremely skilled and hard working. We had many comments from impressed neighbours about the professionalism of the crew and ultimately the quality of the work. Despite having many different project needs, we did not have a single thing to do or worry over - Heritage looked after everything from beginning to end. Not a single detail was overlooked! Heritage transformed our ugly and unused backyard into an amazing retreat that has become our family's favourite place to spend time. Based on our experience with Heritage Stoneworks, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I work at Creative Landscape Depot and Heritage Stoneworks is a very established company connected to the "source" and supports most of their own material need. We have been dealing with Cameron and Richard, their designers for the past 6 years whenever they want something unique and exceptional. They are very familiar with our selection and their strength is to capture client's ideas and paint a beautiful picture placing our stones. Richard never compromises he will wait 8 weeks for custom cutting and he can schedule everything to tee-up smoothly. He gives us PO numbers and always plenty of lead time LOL It is so rare to see creative people so organized!

After living in our newly built home for a little over a year we felt it was time to complete the new home process by improving the front entrance to our home (no one likes the standard builder's concrete pavers!). We received quotes from three landscape design companies in our area and easily selected Heritage Stoneworks based on their past portfolio, creative design, timely responses and overall 'feel' that they provided throughout the process. I am happy to stay that they just completed the project and we couldn't be happier; Cameron, our lead contact with the project was amazing and took care of all of our concerns! The crew that completed the work was efficient, hard working and very pleasant! The project started on-time (in the middle of Summer!) and an even better surprise was when they completed everything ahead of schedule! The end result looks stunning and we've had nothing but great comments from all of our friends and neighbors. We have quite a large project in our rear yard planned for the future (large patio, fireplace and retaining wall) and Heritage will be the only company we look to and would trust to work on our home!!! We hired Heritage Stoneworks to design/build a new front porch and sunshade, new backyard gate and patio as well as some new concrete paths around our pool. We were impressed that they were able to interpret our ideas and create an amazing design that satisfied our modern aesthetic. Rich and Cameron collaborated with us at every stage of the process ensuring that we were satisfied with the results. Any concerns that we had during the project were addressed promptly and professionally. We were quite impressed with the hard working crew that showed up each day ready to work. They were always careful to keep our property in a state of good repair during the project. Thanks to Rick the foreman for keeping many of our perennials out of harms way and for keeping the lines of communication open. We are thrilled with the results and our friends and neighbours are all very impressed. We enjoy watching people pause to admire the changes we've made. We haven't hesitated to recommend Heritage Stoneworks to anyone who asks... and even those who don't!

Heritage Stoneworks did an amazing job on our landscaping. We built a new house and had a blank canvas outside. They came in with a beautiful design and executed it perfectly. We couldn't really articulate exactly what we wanted. They took just a few comments from us and came up with an exact design of what we had in our heads. The design included touches from them that we hadn't thought about but can't imagine not having once it was finished. In the backyard, we had them put in a raised stone patio, pondless waterfall, fences (wood & wrought iron), lots of plants and decorative stone. The new fence connected to our neighbour's existing fence. In the front yard, they moved an existing tree, and landscaped the front corner area. I would highly recommend them.
