The tile work done by Joseph of Hero Tile was EXCELLENT and really ties our kitchen together. Joseph is a true craftsman and perfectionist. We had a mosaic tile that required exact measurements to make the pattern work. We are very pleased with the results and friends who have seen the work rave over the quality and workmanship. We would give Joseph & Hero Tile the highest recommendation and plan on using him for a future bathroom remodeling project. We felt his price was fair and he was responsive to communication, i.e. text and emails.

Joseph and his team did an excellent job updating my 90's bathroom. It went from green tile and brass to carrera style porcelain, quartz and chrome. They were very good about listening to what I wanted and bringing me ideas as the project went along. They also worked well with the other contractors and even suggested a plumber who turned out to be great. I love my new bathroom!

I hired Hero Tile to tile to rip out my vinyl (builder-installed) flooring that I absolutely hated to install some new ceramic tile that I purchased. From start to finish, estimate to install, they moved very quickly and handled everything--even the necessary materials for the job. They were on time, finished the job faster than I expected, were incredibly courteous and clean and respectful. You wouldn't even know the flooring wasn't original, they didn't ding or damage a thing. I will absolutely work with them again in the future!

Joseph Bowen did an outstanding job installing our kitchen backsplash. It was not an easy installation; however, his attention to detail was amazing - very professional, prompt, outgoing, no mess, and liked our dog. We would recommend Joseph for any tile job and he was recommended to us by Best Tile. We have used a variety of contractors and Joseph is by far the best - no excuses, just quality work. We hope that he will be tiling one of our bathrooms in the near future.

I was so happy to get my backsplash. It is beautiful and was put in perfectly. I was not sure what to do and Joe had good ideas as well. But job was done in only a day and a half and did a great job!! I will gladly call again for my next project!1

I love this company! Joseph Bowen is professional on every level. He was as concerned about the sub floor as the tile! We have a 1923 house and having a level floor was very important.He did a beautiful job on my bathroom. His help was efficient and cleaned up as they worked. Hero tile also did a tile surround for my clients floating fireplace. She was thrilled with the end result. Being a designer I know I will use this company again for future projects!

We hired Hero Tile to refurbish 2 bathrooms for us. They removed existing shower insert and tiled it from floor to ceiling. Tiled floor in both bathrooms and surrounding tub. Also inserted decorative tile inserts in shower and around tub. Installed all new fixtures including rain shower system. They did an amazing job! Very meticulous, hard working men. We look forward to working with them again. Also installed light fixtures and moved TV cable for me. Hung my 55" TV also. They are multi talented! My home is looking fab due to them! More work coming their way!

Our guest bathroom remodel started off as a DIY project, but we noticed we were running out of time to complete the project (we had a baby on the way). Luckily, we were able to turn to the guys at Hero Tile to help us out. They were able to come in and finish up our guest bathroom remodel using some of the supplies we had already purchased - saving the day! The end result was wonderful and the tile work was beautiful. The cost was reasonable, too! The guys kept us updated with their progress and were easy to work with. When we get around to remodeling our master bathroom, we will definitely hire Hero Tile again!

The guys at Hero Tile went above and beyond in leveling our floor to get it right and in doing small extras without charging extra. They did a great job and we are very happy with the results.

Returned reasonable quote and contract by email within 48 hours. Set mutually agreeable time to do job. Arrived on time to perform work. Did exactly what he said he would do at the price quoted. Neat. Excellent work. Matched grout exactly to previous grout. Cleaned up after job. Provided advice on other jobs not related to tile at no charge. Hero Tile did not ask for a review or recommendation--or offer a bribe for a good recommendation as many other contractors do. He does not know I have reviewed his company on Houzz. Hero Tile is an excellent contractor and I highly recommend him.
