Alyssa was recommended to us by a friend. She readily captured our desire to update our home and renovate the kitchen. At the granite yard, Alyssa nailed the look the first time and backsplash options came easily to her mind. With color being Alyssa’s comfort zone, the kitchen and adjoining rooms came together beautifully. She has created a refreshing, warm feel to our home by blending the old with the new, envisioning furniture placement and lighting selections. I hired Alyssa to create a design plan to mesh furniture from 2 houses and my new home’s aesthetic. She really listened to my wants and needs and came up with a great plan. I really love how she meshed all the different styles and encouraged me to change some things I didn’t think I needed to change. I can’t wait to get started!!!

We just downsized and Alyssa gave me a wonderful concept for my new living room/dining room area. She took the space and created a lovely, cozy area that I never could have put together on my own! Aside from the beautiful colors and textures she brought into the room through new furniture, lights, and an area rug, she created a new stone fireplace face that is absolutely stunning! She has such an eye for maximizing spaces and creating a warm, inviting area. I will be using her again to help me with concepts for other rooms in my house - I highly recommend her!

Alyssa has an incredibly classy eye. She puts together combinations in a way that I can't imagine for my own space. She designed much of my home, and I get so many compliments when people walk in. It is inviting, and she chose things that compliment and enrich so well the home I live in - a 1902 cottage style home in a historic part of town.
