Hi-Tech just completed my second job with them, and just like the first experience the workmanship, communication, professionalism, cleanup, timeline and budget were right on target. This project involved reinforcing drywall supports for several spots in ceiling and walls. My condo was draped in plastic sheeting, and floor protected, workers were precise with the repairs, kept me aware of next steps, they were kind, professional and prompt. Daily cleanup and awareness to make my space still usable was great. Staff communications were available within minutes, and routine site monitoring occurred. A second portion of the project involved demolition of patio with paver replacement. This was suggested by David as a possible remedy for the cracks that appeared in the ceiling. Crews sent to demolish concrete and lay pavers seemed expert in their speciality. Overall look of patio is very handsome. I very highly recommend Hi-Tech Builders.

My encounter with Hi-Tech Builders was fantastic. Due to a shower pan leak in my daughter's bathroom, the kitchen and two other bathrooms were damaged. However, their service exceeded my expectations. From Carlos who helped me with the claim on my insurance to Frederick who managed the restoration. The team was thorough, polite, and skilled, and their execution was impeccable.

Over a year ago, we had our swimming pool renovated by this company, and I regret taking so long to write a review. From the beginning to the end, Kristina and her team were amazing to work with. They were punctual, highly professional, polite, and adhered to the budget without any unexpected costs. I wholeheartedly endorse Hi-Tech Builders. When we encountered a few minor issues that required repair last month, they were on site within a week and resolved everything. Once again, I am delighted with their service and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

David was a lifesaver when it came to constructing my ADU. I initially began the project with another company, but they let me down by starting construction before obtaining the necessary permits. Consequently, I was left without a wall for months while the first contractor continually misled me. Eventually, I parted ways with them and discovered Hi-Tech Builders. They were incredibly professional and honest, completing the project much faster than anticipated. The construction and finishing quality are exceptional, and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently bought a home that we loved, but it needed some adjustments to suit our family's needs. We wanted each of our three kids to have their own room, and we also desired a guest room with a bathroom. We searched for professionals to handle the project but had no luck until a neighbor recommended a company to us. We contacted them immediately, and it was evident that they knew what they were doing. We decided to go with them, and the project is expected to be completed in three months. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our kitchen remodel carried out by Jackie, Shay andthe crew at Hi-Tech Builders. Our top priority was to find a contractor who could help us realize our vision without breaking the bank. Our previous floor plan was closed off, and we wanted a more open layout that connected the kitchen to the living room. Jackie presented us with three different design concepts complete with 3-D renderings, and we felt most comfortable working with her and her team after three meetings. We are thrilled with the final design and outcome of our kitchen, and we plan to hire Hi-Tech Builders for future home improvement projects as well.
