TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

We have been in business for 0ver 35 year, with NO COMPlAINTS. I would like to respond to this negative revue with the following:

1) The flooring on the deck and canopy were built by someone else who never got permits. The flooring could not be leveled . because of the existing foundation that was installed The client was informed of this. The only way to level flooring was to take flooring apart, which would include dismantling of roof and support posts. THIS WASN'T PART OF OUR CONTRACT. The centering of windows on rear, of enclosure, the posts which are part of the original foundation would have to be replaces. this also means that the entire deck ,roof, and posts would have to be dismantled. Client understood this.
THIS WASN'T PART OF OUR CONTRACT. Our contract price was $ 16, 950. We credit the client $ 900.00 for a double hung window that we ordered to install. that the client REFUSED. We order this window with grids to match the exiting windows on home. The client said it doesn't match the grids on the door that we were replacing with a double hing window. IT CAN'T MATCH A DOOR GRID BECAUSE OF A DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. WE NOT ONLY GOT STUCK WITH A CUSTOM MADE WINDOW, ALSO WE CREDITED THE CLIENT $ 900.00. WE ALSO DISCOUNTED THE CONTRACT AMOUNT ANOTHER $ 1, 200.00 TO SATISFY CUSTOMER. WE HAVE A SATISFACTION NOTE GIVEN TO OUR CARPENTER SHELDON WHICH STATES AND I QOUTE " SHELDON HAS DONE A GOOD JOB WITH US RECENTLY. DATED 9/19/18 SIGNED BY ROY KULOW.. IN CLOSING, WE GOT STUCK WITH A CUSTOM MADE WINDOW THAT ONLY FITS THERE HOME AND WE GAVE THEM A TOTAL DISCOUNT OF $ 2, 100.00 WHICH THEY ACCEPTED. WE FEEL THAT THIS NEGATIVE RESPONSE BY THIS CLIENT IS NO NOT JUSTIFIED.
