Walked out on a flooring installation job because they "didn't want to damage the piping to radiator by touching it with a trowel." -- If their sub was going to damage a copper pipe with a trowel, I guess I should be concerned about what they were going to do to my walls with that trowel... My guess is the real reason they backed out of the job was because it was going to mean they needed to come back the next day after the self-leveler dried. Do not recommend working with this company. Atrocious customer service. Told me to go talk to Home Depot about getting my money back.

Wish we could leave ZERO stars. This vendor refused to complete a carpet install, after requiring a $350 Asbestos test (1909 basement). They had specs for the floor and pics of the space, instead of inspecting the site to ensure viability of install - they insistent I must get the test - then on install day - installed all tacking strips - left the site and then told me the job could not be done. Installer had to be asked to return and remove the tacking strips - and when they returned - entered the house the the basement entrance that other contractor on site were using - and did not even inform the home owner (me) they were in the home!!! Horrible company! Look elsewhere for quality service and care from and installer!! They also refused to refund the (all clear) inspection fee that they required. Not one good element in the entire experience.

Adrian was our carpet installer at our home in Minatare. He was exceptional. His work ethic and professionalism were above reproach. He did the job which was comprised of 4 rooms in one day. His work was outstanding., and we are extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Hom Solutions is the carpet installer for Home Depot in the Denver area, I cancelled my carpet order with Home Depot because of the horrendous customer service at Hom Solutions. They are the worst! Avoid them like the plague!!!!!! They do not return phone calls. They try to weasel more money out of you for what was supossed to be "free" installation. They suck as a company based on my experience. It has been almost 2 weeks since my first contact with them and I haven't been able to schedule my installation so I cancelled my order. The service reps at Boulder Home Depot have been very understanding but obviously they have no ability to correct Hom Solutions problems!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give negative stars, I would. Company does not answer the phone- ever. We ordered 5 day carpet through Home Depot on November 20th. It is January 5th and we are still short. The appointment maker, DJ, picked a date for install without ever asking what would work for us. The only day we were not available was the one chosen. He had the WORST attitude and was more concerned with taking his upcoming vacation than helping out the customer. He then gave us another date. Then canceled and moved the date to after Christmas. Then they were SHORT on carpet!! (our walk-in closet is bare.) Blaming Home Depot, they said that they'd call us back. After a long weekend, we called them again and again. Eventually Allison returned my call. She was very helpful and nice and said she'd get the crew out there the following day. (Well done, Allison! Thank you!) They came and WERE SHORT ON CARPET!!! (WTF?) So the installer said they it was Home Depot's fault and that they'd get back to us. He, Miguel, actually followed through will calling us back to tell us that he didnt have any new news and no idea when we can get it installed. The following day he said that they received the carpet from Home Depot and need to get it on their calendar. That was a week ago. Many phone calls today back and forth and at this point, we just want to pick up the carpet and install it ourselves. Our home is being listed on the market and this is holding us up. DON'T USE THEM!

A wonderful experience! The Basement team at HOM Solutions, Inc. was knowledgeable, professional, and caring, They had the creative vision to turn my tiny townhome into an open, bright, and beautiful space. From measure to completion, Jenni, Allison, and Sadie all worked tirelessly in coordinating all the different trades and were in constant contact with me to keep me updated on my project as it moved along. Like all home improvement projects, there were a few surprises that popped up, but this team took each challenge and turned it around in a timely fashion. Now I have a home that is more than I could have ever imagined it could be. I would highly recommend HOM Solutions, Inc. to all my friends and family!

HOM Solutions did an excellent job on our basement finishing project and we are very pleased with the end result. Jennifer Russell was thorough, incredibly professional and responded promptly to every interaction throughout our basement project. 4 stars because they didn't finish in the 6 weeks as promised.

Working with HOM Solutions and specifically Jenni was a great experience. From the very start, we received plans on schedule and then Jenni spent as much time as we needed to not only review the plans but make adjustments to ensure that the floor plan was what we desired. Jenni was always professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Hom Solutions was amazing to work with from start to finish. Their design process was so wonderful. They provided digital pictures and walk through video which help us to visualize the completed basement. They were very easy to work with and open to all my last minute changes. Their organization and schedule were excellent. Their contractors were on time and extremely professional. They came through our window well most of the time which allowed us to continue on in our lives with very little disruptions. Their wood workers were amazing. We are absolutely thrilled with our basement and could not be happier with the end result. I highly recommend using Hom Solutions for your next home project.
