We ordered kitchen and pantry cabinets from Home Surplus. The design process was good, but once ordered the process was extremely tedious with multiple missed deliveries, missed parts, and requiring several follow-ups. Our project is significantly delayed because of poor service. I'm not sure when all the required parts will be delivered yet.

I haven't received my cabinets as of yet, and will update on them once they arrive and are placed, but for now, I would like to comment on the customer service. Aleks was such a pleasure to work with. I have a former soviet mom who enjoys asking every single question that she can think of, and Aleks answered each and every one of them with great detail. We called, we came in, and we probably would have annoyed anyone else, but Aleks went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. Not once did she make it seem like we were bothering or wasting her time, nor did it ever feel like she was pushing us in any specific direction (aka to buy out of budget). Truly, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Aleks!!

Home Surplus is an excellent place for quality products! I drive an hour and a half just for their quality shaker doors! We flip houses and we always get compliments on them and they’re still cheaper than the plain ones at the big box stores!

The customer service is poor, desk people are rude and unprofessional. You can not get an appointment to order ma kitchen its walk ins only. Can ot ask questions annoys the staff. Product is great customer service needs help.

My wife was looking for two vanities all over NJ. After stoping at Home Surplus in Aberdeen on RT 35 my wife found two all wood vanities in less then 20 min .I was very happy to learn that shopping for vanities will be over. When I did look at my credit card statements, I was very happy to learn the low price compared to other places . We got a delivery the next day. My wife is happy and so am I. Home Surplus recommended Barry to install Just in time for Thanksgiving. This place is for sure a ***** five star place.
