73 Reviews for HomeBuild

To clarify, there was no line item missing from the original scope. The scope and pricing were reviewed and agreed upon from the start. Any questions that came up were addressed transparently and professionally.
As for payment, the agreement outlines a deposit at the start and final payment upon project completion, which is defined by passing city inspection. Although we were asked to wait for an additional third-party review, from your private engineer, something not required by the contract, we remained flexible and simply requested a partial payment in the meantime to keep things moving in good faith.
We always strive for clear communication, high-quality work, and fairness, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our process.
Thank you again, Rafael, Frank, and the rest of the HomeBuild Team
