Sandy was exceptional in guiding us through renovations in our new home which we purchased from Grand homes. Her crew did marvellous job in remodelling our kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets, floors, and so many other things. She always had a solution to any issues which arose. I will strongly recommend her for any remodelling and renovation needs.

Sandy is a wonderful contractor! She has great people working for her and she communicates at every step of the project. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and Sandy listened and guided me during each step. Her design skills are exceptional. I am so happy with my bathroom remodel! It is truly beautiful! I have already hired her for another project.
I highly recommend Sandy for any project you might have at your house.

Sandy has completed two projects for me, both very well done. At a previous house, she updated the pool area built in 1990. Recently, she coordinated the upgrades of two bathrooms, outdoor siding replacement and landscaping issues plus a number of smaller projects around my house. She's the best!

I found Sandy on this website. Since she was a woman owned business as I am, I thought it would be a good match. It was not a good experience. Sandy was pleasant at first, but things rapidly deteriorated. She was impatient with both me and the insurance adjuster and often resorted to harsh and unkind words to me. She told me I was "playing the victim", "greedy", and "pretended" not to understand her drawings. Her crew never displayed a permit, threw paint in my lawn despite my repeated requests not to, threw trash and adhesive in fireplace, left concrete smeared across brick in front of house, put about 1/2 of the insulation they were paid for in attic, built a fence that is cracking in multiple places, allowed flooring people to leave adhesive over multiple walls and half heartedly cleaned up, She and her painter agreed to correct waves in living room ceiling caused by beams. This was not done. She refused to correct, saying she would "take it off my bill." This was not what I agreed to . She made a huge deal about the number of different paint colors I chose. Further research proved her people used non Sherwin Williams paint which was specified. She repeatedly told me she was adding "extras" to the project and that she would never fix anything until I paid her more. The ceiling has waves in it, the fence is cracking, the yard is ruined, floors are uneven, No amount of extras offsets this poor work. Can not recommend.

Comment from Homecorp - Sandy Tabacinic:
The client changed the scope mid way through the project and asked for all additional items to be free. Because she was so stressed we tried our best to give her as much as she wanted for the same price. It became impossible at the end, and her yelling at people at the house and loud crying was very unsettling. Very sorry she had this experience, we tried our best but we cannot always please customers.

We remembered Homecorp/Sandy's name while seeing another house during our house hunting so when we finalized a house for purchase, we had Sandy come over for an estimate for a kitchen and master bathroom remodel. The project was not easy however Sandy's vision and creativity made the whole thing run smoothly. She took our preferences and used her expertise to determine what was possible and she made some things that I didn't think were possible happen such as taking out a large wall! She was very involved with us throughout the process and took us on many tours of tile stores/cabinet stores/granite yards to pick out the exact pieces we wanted. She has good subcontractors that she coordinates to expedite aspects of the project. The project was completed by the time we had to move into our house and she had the shortest estimated project time as well as lowest projected cost of any contractor that we interviewed. We have already recommended her to one of our friends! Thanks Homecorp!

Comment from Homecorp - Sandy Tabacinic:
LOL, you want me to come back... hehe. I'll see you next week :)
We just finished our major remodel with Homecorp. We added a second floor and completely remodeled first. It took us 6 month.
Sandy and her team did an amazing job! What a transformation! Now I have everything I dreamt of having in the house. From beautiful kitchen, huge pantry, gorgeous master bath to the separate upstairs living area for my kids. They have spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms and huge play and office area! And I love my mud room!
Sandy is very great to work with!! She came to the site every day! Many times twice a day. She was available over the phone, email, texts pretty much anytime I needed her. It was my first project of this size. And I can tell you it is so overwhelming!! Market is full of amazing and not so products with various price points. As many, I had a budget, so Sandy made sure I stayed within the budget. She was very helpful with choosing design, right appliances, paint, and etc. she was the one who stayed in top of things. I was seriously overwhelmed and on few occasions had no idea which way to go.
I definitely recommend Homecorp for your next project. They actually will be working on my mom house this summer too. After seeing my house, she had no hesitation who to hire.

Our contractor, Sandy Tabacinic, owner of Homecorp, recently completed two bathroom projects for us; replacing a tub/shower in a smaller bathroom, and significant work in the master bath which involved moving the location of the tub and shower. Sandy and her team have given us the beautiful and now functional master bath we had envisioned and stayed within budget. We truly appreciate Sandy’s keen eye for design, her commitment to staying within the budget and the professionalism and attention to detail provided by her team. We would absolutely contact Sandy again for any future home projects and have already highly recommended her to neighbors.

I have already recommended Homecorp to my friends and clients and I look forward to working with them again! Thank you Sandy!

We added on a TV room, two bedrooms and bathrooms (and a new second story) and 3 car garage to our 1950s ranch. Sandy and Homecorp did a great job. The work was done timely and with minimal issues (and the problems we did have were addressed immediately). I also really appreciated Sandy's willingness to guide me through all of the decisions that come with a remodel. I would definitely use Homecorp again!

Sandy and her staff supervised an extensive remodel of the house we purchased. Everything went according to schedule, in fact, the work was completed ahead of schedule, which allowed us to move in earlier than we originally anticipated. All work was done well and costs were as originally estimated. We were so satisfied that we went back to her for Phase 2 of our remodel. We had no reservations doing so. I would highly recommend Homecorp for any remodeling work. They are easy and pleasant to work with, very professional, and keep to budgets and schedules.

Sandy and her professional crew did a great job for us. We had an old house that had been damaged by the tenant and that we wanted to put on the market to sell as soon as possible. Things were complicated by the fact that we lived two thousand miles away!
Sandy went through the house and bid on all the repairs and our inspection list and made suggestions as to how she thought she could fix it up to appeal to the current pool of buyers.
Because we live in another city we had to rely on Sandy to take care of things and we had to trust that she was doing what she said that she was doing. She showed us the materials she was considering and sent us progress photographs of her work as it went along.
She finished the job on time and on our agreed budget and followed up on things after completion to make sure her team had completed the work.
You will find Sandy professional, creative, honest and reliable.
I would recommend her highly.
It is very difficult to find reliable contractors these days, if you work with Sandy you will realize that you have struck gold!

Sandy with Homecorp was amazing when we had our house flood and needed mayor work as an emergency. At very stressful times like this, we needed someone that we could trust and Sandy delivered everything on time. She brought her whole crew and was able to give me an estimate in a matter of hours, gave a timeline that she accomplished even though this happen during the holidays. Sandy responded to my emails and texts and was prompt to fix any unexpected issues that usually occur during construction. I highly recommend Sandy and HomeCorp.

I have used sandy for multiple repairs and renovations throughout my portfolio of homes in the Dallas, Texas area. She presents herself very professional and is very knowledged in all areas of construction. Each year we have used her she has improved on her abilities and expertise. We have been using sandy for multiple years and we hope to extend our relationship for many more.

Sandy is a perfectionist and she requires the same from her subs. This insures good workmanship but also working within the identified parameters (budget). Our project included reflooring 4 bedrooms, painting the upstairs, and totally re-doing 4 bathrooms. Even though the job was completed several months ago, I just recently discovered the most impressive trait about Sandy. I called her to come re-visit an area that was worked on by one of her subs and he had a new crew out there the next morning and it was fixed. This follow up and follow through was impressive to me.

Meeting with Sandy was great! She was so professional during our first meeting, and gave us an estimate in a matter of days. We chose her, a single mom who runs a professional business and had great reviews! We didn't have to be in the house until 6 weeks after demo started and we were excited! In the beginning the communication was often and daily.
After week 6 into the renovation, we needed to move in and that's when we noticed the trades working in our home, were not professional, specifically the painters, they rinsed their brushes in our dark landscape rocks and turned them white or later in our new kitchen sink. They left drywall mud on our grass which is still there, and their work is extremely sloppy, corners not 90 degrees, not enough texture to cover the mesh. This was just one of our trade experiences. Our master shower has a fabulous seat, but is not set at an angle - it's flat, so it pools water with every shower. We asked for a shampoo niche and it was not installed. We have cracked tiles from the shower enclosure being installed. We are still waiting for a broken toilet tank lid that's been on back order for 8 weeks. Our Master bath was never final cleaned, so I spent time scraping grout off my tile in both the shower floor and bath floor. We have a closet that doesn't have a light in it, but this closet was added during construction and we had to ask to have the floor installed for 5 weeks. We have dings and dents in our wood flooring from trades dropping heavy items and were promised this would be fixed, but nothing was done about it. Our pot and pan drawer had the bottom fall out and split, although that was fixed, but not replaced. We were charged for sealing our counter top island, which was not done, nor were we credited. We have blown insulation coming in through our water heater closet because there is a hole that should have been fixed before the insulation was installed. We were told that our bath fans were never vented to the outside by the insulation installer. We needed to ask for schedule updates constantly, and we were the ones sending photos of things not being done right.
All of this is part of construction. We understand it. The biggest disappointment in our experience was after the initial meetings, Sandy didn't see us face to face the last 5 weeks of the project's completion. After shaking hands 12 weeks prior and being so excited to start this journey with her, we left our final check by the back door for one of her team members to pick up. We still have not received a thank you or congratulations. We really felt like a number, not a client. This was our experience, we hope yours is different.

Comment from Homecorp - Sandy Tabacinic:
I am at a complete loss with this review. We started the job with the understanding that the owners had another living arrangements. We were informed one week before thanksgiving and during frame stage that the owners didn't have a place to stay and needed to move in. After intense electrical and temporary drywall work so the city would allow them to move in, we still kept the project moving and some of the temporary measures needed to accommodate their move were paid for by Homecorp, not the owner.
This is after the owner called the city and insulted them because they could not tell him what to do.
The paintors did damage part of the lawn, a small area we offered to fix the next day upon arrival, and the homeowner specifically told us it was not a big deal and it was already cleaned by him the same day.
The island countertop was not sealed and not included in the estimate, which had detailed line items of what items were to be painted, stained or worked on. The homeowner specifically asked us not to do anything on the counter as he was going to use it as butcher block and did not want anyone putting any chemicals on it. Because of that it was not on the estimate.
The closet the client speaks about is the left over opening from moving an entire HVAC unit that they decided to use as a coat closet. I had it finished and tiled AT NO EXPENSE TO THE CLIENT, and still they complained about it? Unreal.
The only time Sandy was not at the job site was during the holidays when she was out of town and still kept in touch with them via phone and email. Final walk through was done in person and every single item requested was completed. Broken lid and lamp came in the mail and we ordered replacements that were delivered to your house. I personally went to the house to make sure it was all completed and I sent a message to the clients upon completion and was not told of anything missing.
Aside from the fact that the owner works for another builder, and decided to hire our company instead I have no idea why this review has been submitted.
I called this client to find out why they felt this review was appropriate, and I was told that now they don't like the cabinets, that we did a poor job..... I have no idea what happened between the time we finished the punch list and now. After my last conversation, they had said everything was great.

sandy and her team are amazing! I had a major kitchen remodel. They prepared me well for what was to come and are excellent communicators. After purchasing our home in Plano, we were looking for a contractor to remodel it while we were still living in CA, so the remodel happened remotely you might say. We made a few trips back and forth to check up on things but mostly to decide on structural changes rather than seeing progress. Sandy was over-communicative, which is a GREAT thing when you're doing such a large remodel. Emails, phone, texts with images and showing progress as well as giving her advise on latest trends in design and materials were part of her daily communication. We never felt out of touch or in the dark about our project and we were very "hands-on" from the start. Had we not been hands-on style, it would've been just fine since her professionalism and knowledge in the construction and remodeling business is absolutely outstanding! She knew the websites to buy hardware for cheaper and would always be reminding us what was still pending - and not just invoices to be paid! Having someone we truly trusted was a requirement for us and we found this in Homecorp. She had project managers assigned but managed almost all communication herself personally. After a big remodel, we are thrilled and living in our "new" home and I cant think of a better company and person to hire if I'd need to have another remodel done. We highly recommend her for any project you can think off and she will get the job done quickly and within your budget.

Sandy completely remodeled a 1930s run down lake house for us. It was so delapadated that other contractors wanted to tear it down. Sandy saw the potentenial it had as we did. She did a fantastic job remodeling our little house from replacing the wiring and plumbing to creating our dream kitchen and bathroom. She helped save us money by using reclaimed items. Sandy incorporated our ideas with her expertise knowledge. She helped us select colors that were well corordinated. We love sandy and the fabulous work she did for us. We would definitely recommend her to other people and we will use her again in the future.

Sandy did an incredible job with our home office remodel. We converted an open home office into a nursery which Sandy made happen seamlessly. The primary issue was getting a large open walkway converted to double doors with revisions that perfectly matched the existing walls, covering, floorboards etc.. The most impart part is that Sandy is knowledgable, easy to work with, and no nonsense when getting a project planned and executed. Kudos and we would definitely hire her again.

Sandy is a superstar! She cares! And Yanish and Kevin are cool, focused and so eager to please.
Together this team made a horrible, dusty and dirty time bearable and liveable and for that alone they deserve really high praise.
Thanks to you all.....you are special!

I can not say enough good things about Sandy. She is a doer! She gets things done. I never ever had to wait on her. I used her to remodel my Bathroom. Whether you have a designer or not. She is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Her people are respectful, timely, and clean up after themselves. She always keeps you informed as to the progress. I am also a real estate agent and we have used her to help clients. Big job, small jobs. She makes it happen and in a timely manner. And a fair price.

Homecorp just completed a guest house for us.
I found Sandy and Homecorp to be knowledgable and professional in all our dealings with this project. She was especially helpful in providing suggestions and answering questions in timely manner! I appreciated the fact that she listened to my ideas and worked hard to stay within my budget. She had high expectations of the craftsmen who worked with her and made sure their work was of high quality. I am very pleased and proud of our finished project? Thanks, Sandy!

Would definitely hire Sandy and her team again. She showed up on time for scheduled appointments. Her recommendations were helpful and turned out well. She also made sure her team followed up even after a the project had already completed for a few months to touch some things up for us.

Sandy has done two projects at our home ( one remodel and an addition). Sandy made both of the experiences go smoothly.
Sandy ALWAYS returns calls and texts. She is honest, thorough, organized and multi talented. I leaned on her amazing eye for design numerous times. When I didn't listen- I was usually sorry.
She is respectful of the budget and time table. Never a surprise with her because of her excellent communication skills. I highly recommend her and will most likely use her again.
