I just want to give a special shout out to Clarissa Rigby at Home Dot Designs. I wanted to completely redecorate my office from top to bottom and was completely at a loss of how to do it. I called Clarissa and she was at my office the next morning with immediate great ideas with color schemes and types of furniture. The result was everything I hoped it would be. It was time to repaint/resurface our home exterior and we knew we wanted some additional stone and other features added to our front facade, but didn’t know where to start or even how to choose a color scheme. Clarissa knew exactly how to decipher what we were wanting and to produce renderings to help see our house as a finished design. It was so easy to narrow our decisions down from there. She was able to connect us with tradespeople, and always efficient with our time and needs. We would be nervous investing the money in this project if not confident we will be happy with the finished result, and Home Dot Designs work and design has allowed us to know we will be finishing this project with the look we were aiming for, and even more.

I had a great experience working with Clarissa on furnishing my newly built home. From concept to renderings of how things would look, presenting options and a completely hands off installation of all furnishings, Clarissa was exceptional. She makes the design process fun and exciting. She also has all the resources and the subcontractors to handle things professionally and save any homeowner a ton of time. The few times I decided to buy some items on my own, I regretted it almost immediately. Best to leave it to the professionals, like her. I will always remember the day I walked into my home after everything was installed by her and her team on a weekend. I'm not an emotional guy but I felt the fuzzies looking at the final result. My house had finally become my home! The space where I see myself making great memories with family and friends for a very long time! In preparation for my first home purchase, I turned to Clarissa to help me design the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Thank god! Clarissa delivered an amazing and creative, yet subtle and fresh design that provides such character to my home. Clarissa was wonderful to work with. After meeting with her she came up with a design that we loved. She met with us, contractor, and trade people to make sure that the remodel was executed to her design and our vision. The project was completed in just over 6 weeks and on schedule. It looks amazing. We are so pleased with her work!!!

Clarissa was just what we needed to define "our" design style and show us how to make it cohesive throughout! She is really good at listening and not just doing a general, flavor of the month design. Her finished product really reflects both my husband's style (wood and more wood) and my style (timeless, clean lines, hint of modern) into a beautiful living space that feels like home to both of us. She made suggestions at our first meeting just walking through the house with us. She asked questions that really delved into who we are and what we want. She designed our entire 2200 sq ft home. Clarissa is prompt to return an email or phone call. Very professional and friendly. I think many can design a beautiful space, however, very unique to find someone who listened with a trained ear, saw with a talented eye and got it completely right the first time! Clarissa goes above and beyond for her clients (but honestly, the word client really doesn’t seem appropriate, more like friends). She designed our 2 kids’ rooms, and she took the time to actually interview them and incorporate their ideas into the design. The rooms turned out magnificently and they are always the first places we show off when we have guests. We’re now beginning another project with her (our master suite!) and we couldn’t be more excited. She is honest and talented and we are happy to be working with her again!
