My central AC broke Wednesday night. I was told to fill out a maintenance ticket to have the work done. I filled out 1 and my wife did also. Got no response yesterday. Totally understandable being a holiday. I also filled time in for Friday June 20th. I sent 2 text messages asking when a technician may be out to fix the problem. No Response! When I called to talk to the maintenance operator she said they never received them which I find hard to believe. After voicing my frustrations she said the technician wouldn’t be out til Monday afternoon. Communication is horrible and unacceptable for paying 3300 dollars a month. I find it hard to believe a property management company only has 1 contractor for emergencies. I told the operator I had a 10yr old son that can’t sleep upstairs when it’s over 80 degrees inside his bedroom and just getting hotter as the days go on. No offer to give me a window AC unit or even a fan. Again totally unacceptable and unprofessional for what I have to pay for rent.
