ICI Homes

It has been over 6 months since closing. We still have outstanding issue from the punch list including a missing kitchen cabinet. Did not have gas for the first month after closing. ICI failed to make good on its promise to reimburse me for the negative personal and financial impact.

My ICI home was built in 2019 and had 37 major defects. After spending hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to fix electrical issues at the transformer level, broken pool heater, bad water heater, leaking roof, cracked jet tub, blown A/C and so many more items. I tried for a year to work a solution with ICI, with no resolve and no upper management ever reaching out to me. I am so saddened my $750,000 home is not what I was expecting. Be very cautious if you choose to build with ICI Homes.

Very disappointed in the quality of our new home. Closed 12/20 and have too many issues to list. Told constantly things are fine and normal that are not. Constantly told the company is “sorry we feel this way” while not apologizing for their mistakes

ICI Homes is the original builder of my home completed in 2005. We did an extensive remodel in 2012 and doubled the original square footage. The project target dates were all met on time and the scheduled completion was on target. The home is over 4200 sq ft on one floor. ALL of the contractors were hard working, professional, and considerate making sure that the disruption to our neighbors in our cul de sac was as limited as could be. This was a very high quality renovation and the project when completed was far beyond our dreams and expectations. Our vision for our remodeled home was met and surpassed by the quality of the construction, and the professionalism of ICI Homes. Anyone considering a new home, or a remodel/renovation, please consider ICI homes.

Our home was closed on time and the company allowed adequate time for any follow up warranty work to be completed. We were completely satisfied with the home the company build for us.

I think this companies build the absolute best homes in our area. We have been so pleased with our entire home for the last several years and would highly recommend the quality this company brings to building its homes.
