We are experienced Charleston new home builders who work with clients throughout the Lowcountry to build their dream homes where luxurious amenities, attention to architectural detail and view from the residence are very important. Many of our new construction projects have been built in the barrier island communities and because of that heritage, we provide expertise in hurricane resistant construction. We are the first builder in the Charleston area to receive the Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for single family residences. We practice “green” and energy-efficient home building techniques; in fact, we have built the first single-family residence in the Charleston area to be LEED certified. While we integrate those practices into all of our projects as feasible, we have built a community of homes, New Village Homes, in which those techniques are emphasized. Sustainable building is our core competence.
