Horrible experience. 3 1/2 month remodel ended up taking over 9 as we had to fire him and bring on someone else to finish. Had to redo parts of project done incorrectly. Rarely saw contractor. Way over budget re complications of having to work thru winter and legal fees to cancel contract. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ownership continually changed the scope of work made revisions including changing finishes and specifications to a time sensitive project. After we mobilized and began demolition all proposed windows which had been ordered were enlarged causing months of delays and cost increases. At the request of one owner we were required to employ his brother to manage the project. He was was unqualified to run the project. Maddy must have been unaware of the circumstances and all the changes to the scope of work. We parted ways amicably and with out engaging legal representation.

We have worked with Image Construction on multiple homes. They have always been very helpful in the design phase and have worked closely with our architect to design plans that make sense and function well. They have given us great feedback on everything from finished selections to floor plan design and structural integrity. When it comes to implementation they have always been very reliable and have built with very a high quality standard. They have always met our time lines and set our expectations appropriately up-front. We will definitely use Image Construction on future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate.

Over the last fourteen years I have had the pleasure of working with Image Construction on at least half a dozen single family homes. During that time I have served on three design review committees that have been charged with reviewing projects submitted by Image Construction on behalf of clients and in some cases on projects that Image Construction has developed themselves. Image Construction has continually served their clinetele and themselves with the highest standards of design, construction and professional conduct.
