We hired imperial pest prevention for countless investment properties. They have always been extremely thorough in findings. We have never met the company physically as we are in a different state, but they have always performed and communicated like we were right there in person. The office girls are absolutely wonderful. All four of them always deliver great customer service. The inspectors that go out always seem to also do a great job. We have hired them for termite treatments, bed bug treatments, cockroach sprays, an flea sprays as the properties we acquire typically are not in the greatest condition before remodels. All in all, I have never had a bad experience and never have had to call them back out after treatments. Imperial pest prevention provides quality work and the prices have been great also.

Imperial pest prevention provided us with a bed bug extermination service for a home that we rent out. They did an awesome service accommodating our renters at that time. They came out the same day, treated, and had them back in later that evening. Extreme customer service in my opinion.

Imperial does my pest control for our home in Deltona. The women on the phone are always friendly, helpful and have great etiquette. My technician is usually Matt. He does a very good job also and the couple times I have had other technicians come out they have always done a great job as well. I have been very pleased with everyone from imperial pest prevention.

Imperial pest prevention is by far the best local pest control company around. This is our third company since a few others couldn't communicate well and left us not knowing what was done after services. imperial takes the time to explain any questions that you may have, they are knowledgeable, leave checklists and everyone that works there actually knows and can answer any questions you may have.

Imperial pest prevention is by far the best pest control company we have had to date, and we have been through quite a few. We love the friendly staff, knowledgeable techs and the fact that what they use works. We rarely see and bugs and when we do they are always dead. The couple of times we did call them out they always came promptly and provided good service.

I can not than you guys enough for what you did for us last Saturday on our home inspection! My husband and I just got done eating dinner and we're discussing over the new home and both came to the conclusion how impressed we were with the inspection you guys did for us. We used Imperial pest prevention after finding them on a parenting site that we follow on Facebook. We hired them because of the fact that they had a promotion special and we had a bad ant problem. After hiring them we are thankful that we are finally ant free. I purposely waited 2 weeks to make sure before writing this review. All in all the service that was provided for the money that we spent is extremely worth it.

Imperial is a great company. I used them a few years back for a termite treatment on our house after having a swarm. I did not have regular pest control service service with them after that, however today I had a bad experience with picking up ants in my SUV from a locker my boys used at a trampoline park. I called Imperial on a Sunday and they returned my call and set up a yearly service special for my house and SUV tomorrow at 7am. Great customer service, as I was not expecting a return call back any sooner than advertised hours on Monday!

Imperial Pest Prevention did a fantastic job for my parents on a termite home inspection along with Residential Inspections for the main home inspection. The two together really worked as a team to make sure my mom and dad found the right new Florida house they have always strived and worked for there whole life. The reports were very detailed with pictures to accompany the findings and a graph that showed termite damage areas and wood damage in relation to the new house. With these inspections my parents were able to work with the realtors and hash out a new deal. This was the best money I ever paid for as a gift to help my mom and dad get back close to our family.

I have used Imperial for pest control and lawn spraying now for around 3 years at my hotel and hotel restaurant and things have been great. I wrote this review as a request from them and realized I should have done so willingly without them requesting because I have been satisfied for the time I have had them. They have provided better service than two other companies I had hired in the past.
