Indigo and Ivy Home

5 Stars for sure! Melissa's creativity allowed us to improve the quality of our home without paying for crazy upgrades. She has a rare skill set of being very creative while still being incredible organized and budget conscious. We were building a custom home and she helped with architectural drawings, design of the home, and interior design. She made sure everything throughout the home flowed nicely and worked together. Something an amateur would not be able to do.

Melissa is ahhh-mazing! She is super fun and easy to work with, and really worked with us to help re-inspire our living space in a way that represented our individual style. We did her "Designer for a Day" consult where she came to help us envision and redesign our living and dining room areas. We had gotten stuck in a design rut and were struggling to finish some spaces in our house after moving in, and she helped give us some great ideas and action items to get restart our motivation. I had trouble knowing where to even begin, but once she came over we got so much more accomplished than I had imagined.... or had done in months. She was awesome to bounce ideas off of and she helped me to think outside of the box and take some risks! She left us with some great ideas and an extensive to-do list for some of our DIY projects. Her insight and design ideas were so valuable and I would recommend her services to anyone designing or thinking of re-designing their space. Totally worth it and I look forward to working with her again!

This was my first time working with an interior designer and I couldn't be happier with the ”Designer for a Day” package offered by Melissa. She was amazing to work with and has an incredible eye for design. I couldn't believe how much we accomplished in such a short time. Melissa worked with a lot of items I already had; rearranging them to create a better use and vibe. She was able to transform my tiny living room into a bright and welcoming space.

Melissa was our interior designer for several major home projects; our kitchen, living room, foyer and playroom. Our home went from somewhere to keep stuff to a place where we and our kids can play, relax and enjoy. She balances creative design in a very cost efficient manner without sacrificing quality. We were very happy with the results, and were so glad we got to work with her. Melissa was very organized and professional, I highly recommend her.
