We started with an old Christmas tree farm. Dion and CRx built us a solid, beautiful, well-insulated modern home on that land. They were easy to work with and came up with many great design ideas along the way. Dion and his team renovated our beach house in Dewey. They transformed our “shack at the beach” into a lovely, relaxing retreat. Due to COVID, almost all of the renovation was completed from afar, without us being able to visit the site often. Dion was accessible and kept in close contact via facetime and Builder-trend. We appreciated his transparency throughout the process. Dion was attentive and really listened to what we wanted. His attention to detail translates into high quality work. He understood our need for function (we have a home full of kids and dogs!) transforming our loose “vision” into a beautifully executed plan. He was great at creative problem solving and never cut corners. This was not our first renovation and we have had some great and some not great experiences. We started this process with some trepidation and cannot be more thrilled. From start to finish, Dion has been wonderful to work with. We are already planning our next phase of renovations!

The team has high expectations and sharp eyes for quality, and anything installed was gone over with a fine toothed comb to ensure that it lived up to our and their expectations. Even some things we would have never noticed to be an issue was replaced. CRx aims to please. Plus the team is very friendly, pleasant and professional. They sent us photos and videos updates through Buildertrend, met with us frequently, helped us tremendously with selections, and built us our dream home in a timely fashion.

Dion shared the vision of the architect and original co-owner in how this one of a kind modernist home would blend into a very natural, tree-dense landscape. Some unique circumstances on the owners' side during construction brought timeline and course adjustment changes during construction, which Dion handled with aplomb. Yes, it truly was a labor of love.
