My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Research the reviews before ordering anything from this company! They will take your money and you will never receive your purchase. Ordered a dining table and bench totaling over $3k on 1/28/19. Was advised would have the pieces before the end of Feb 2019. It is now 3/31/19 and still no furniture. I've tried contacting the company MANY times via their customer service number and email and never get through or get a response leaving message after message and sending email after email. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a formal online fraud complaint through the Federal Trade Commission.

What a great company! We recently ordered dining room furniture, and not only was it delivered on time, the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process! Very responsive to messages and wonderful to work with. Will definitely order from South First Home in the future!
