We had two bathrooms remodeled by Bath Fitter of Cranberry, PA. The results are fantastic. The Bath Fitter team was prompt, professional, and their work was top notch. We can highly recommend Bath Fitter for a quality product and good value with wonderful people who deliver on what they promise 100%!

From our salesman Jim to the entire Bath Fitter and Cabinet World team, our bathroom remodeling job was fantastic and done in a professional manner. Two issues were brought up to me during the installation, one I accepted, and the other we replaced the item because of small damage during shipment. The extraordinary thing was both items were so minor I would never have seen them. The installation team brought it to my attention which showed me that the workers have integrity not found much in today's business world. NO BODY DOES THAT!!! One of the installation team members told me he treats every job like he was working on his own home. Happy beyond words!

I wish I would have had it done sooner. They had it done in a day and they actually didn't make a mess. And years later it still looks brand new. And any time you have any little problem they come right out and take care of it with no charge. It is an excellent company to deal with. More companies should take care of their customers like they do. The quality was excellent and everyone I have dealt with very is professional and nice.

Love the new tub to shower conversion. Only have had to clean the shower every six months. I'm glad I chose the all-white vinyl.

I am pleased with my decision to use Bath Fitter. Very good quality and installer was polite and very competent. I would like to add a towel bar for the back wall, don't know how to order one.

We decided to have a bath fitter installation due to my parents loving theirs for several years now. We have no regrets we went in that direction as well! The whole process was so smooth; the salesman came to our house and helped us understand the product and choose what we needed to order in a professional, no pressure way. Then, the installation happened in the exact time frame that it was promised it would. When they left, it didn't seem like we had contractors at our house because everything was clean. Two years later, the product looks brand new, and I love having the comfort there is a life time warranty.

I had my tub removed and had a shower installed. The two men doing the prep work were very nice and answered my questions in a nice manner. The man that did the install on the next day must of been having a bad day. I was glad when he finally left. But I don't think he tested the water connections because the first time I used it...it leaked. When I call, they can out and fixed it the next day. If the sales man says they will use a laser to measure the bathroom...don't count on it. They used tape measures. But It looks great, it's well made and I am glad I had it done.

I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone, It was very nice fast ,clean job done on time............I plan to use them in the near future..

Came in my house in one day put new tub and wall in after all these years still easy to clean and still looks like new.

Bath Fitters came in and did a complete bathroom for me. It was fabulous when they were done. I am so grateful for their craftsman's ship and the honesty of the company. Bob Lucci was the professional that came to the house and talk with me. He really knew his products and what was the best fit for my family. My mother is 85 and now I do not have to worry when she is getting a shower there is plenty of places for her to hold on to plus a nice bench for her to sit on. It has really given me a piece of mind that I do not have to worry about her slipping and falling or if she does not have a lot of strength she can sit and rest till she feels her strength back. It was good to finally have a company back their work and do what they said they would do without having to fight with them. I will never have to fix anything in there again. If some thing happens I just have to call them and they will fix it. I am so happy with the end product that I hope everyone could have the experience that I have had with their contractor. Thanks Bath Fitters for making my experience beyond what I ever thought it would be. I just want to thank Bob Lucci the sales representative that came to the house I would recommend him to anyone and he is true to his word which is hard to find some times.
