Excellent experience! After getting water in the corner of our finished basement, we called IHC. Attillio came out for an estimate and explained that our original gutters were old and improperly installed. He educated us by showing us where our current gutters were failing and suggested improvements to the design—all for a competitive price. (If you are looking for gutters, let me assure you that I got multiple estimates, and IHC was very reasonable.) Then, Nathan came out and installed them for us, leaving the area clean. After the replacement, we went out of town and cringed when we heard that our area had a week of hard rain. We returned home and guess what? Dry basement! Our experience was so good that we will be using IHS again: this time for siding and fascia. Thanks IHS!

we saw Innovative Home Concepts at the home show at Lake county fair grounds in the spring. We were looking for quotes on a new roof. We ended up giving our information to 3 or 4 companies, Innovative was the only one that actually called us. When the salesman, Tobias, came out he said that our house was in an area that was hit by a hail storm. I had no idea. Tobias went up on the roof and came down with pictures of what he said was hail damage. Again, I had no idea. We were skeptical but Tobias convinced us that we should claim the damage on our insurance and he would take care of the rest. It took about 2 month between working with the insurance company and our mortgage company but we did finally get a new roof that only cost us $1000. Tobias was great, he saved us over $12k on the roof by tipping us off about it being damaged. He also handled pretty much everything. As far as a roofing company, Innovative did a great job. Everyone we talked to from the company was friendly and helpful. They communicated with us consistently. And the actually installers were very polite, worked quickly, and did a really good job making sure to protect our landscaping that we just had done. We would definitely recommend Innovative Home Concepts. We had a very positive experience.

We sold our house and moved into a bigger one, which was unfortunately not in the best condition, but it has a great location. We had to do complete remodels of both the interiors and exteriors. Sidings looked bad and we searched for several weeks for the right contractor. We wanted James Hardie siding and we contacted 4 different companies to provide us with an estimate. Innovative Home Concepts gave us an affordable quote and more importantly their manager was very knowledgable, polite and promised to start with the project during the next week. Now when the James Hardie sidings are installed, I can say that the whole process went smooth and stress free. Innovative Home Concepts workers were extremely professional, courteous and often went above and beyond the original scope of work, to satisfy our wishes. Both my wife and I are impressed because our house looks like a brand new one. I would highly recommend this company for its work ethics and affordable prices.

Innovative Home Concepts did a great job with our roof. We live in an old house and we had major leak problems during the heavy rains last year, so we finally decided to do something about it. We hired Innovative Home Concepts to completely replace our old roof with a new one. I contacted several contractors before choosing them, they had the most affordable quote and were able to schedule the project according to our tight schedule. Their manager offered several roof options, and had great suggestions when it comes to choosing materials. The project started on time and was completed according to schedule in little less than 3 weeks. All the workers were professional, polite, hard-working and cleaned up the work site every day. Our new roof looks AMAZING, we don’t have leaks anymore and would highly recommend this company. If you are looking for a new roof, or to repair the old one, don’t hesitate in contacting them!

Innovative Home Concepts replaced our roof and siding in the summer of 2015. We couldn't have been happier with both projects. From sales to completion, the communication was wonderful. I always felt like they had an open door policy for questions. This is the first time we hired someone for a project this large, and they never made me feel like any question was silly or minor. The crews that did the actual work were polite and clean. The guys that did the siding even walked me around the house when they were done to personally show me the work was complete and correct. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done. We live in an old house. Windows and gutters our next on our list. We will be calling Innovative for sure!!!

I had the luxury of working with Innovative Home Concepts when they did work on my parents home this fall! From the first interaction with Raina on the phone to schedule my appointment with the sales rep, Toby! He came to my parents home very well equipped to answer all of their questions and his follow through with us was awesome! The crew was delightful to work with! If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Innovative Home Concepts. The after install service is some of the worst I have experienced. I felt as if I was treated very poorly, especially for being a female as well. Lots of run around until my boyfriend called. Keep in mind he was on deployment with the military when he called so it was not easy for him to call. That should give you a perspective of the level of frustration I was feeling during this process that I had to resort to him calling to get a response. Only after that phone call do I get a response. I really wish I could recommend them, but I can't. In my opinion, the cost savings does not outweigh the struggle I had afterwards. I would have been better off spending a little more money and going with a bigger name company.
