From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. The team at Innovera really took the time to understand our vision, incorporating our ideas while offering their own expert recommendations. The result is an impressive, functional, and beautiful space that we absolutely love. It's clear that they have a keen eye for design—every detail was thoughtfully considered and executed to perfection. Communication throughout the process was a breeze. This is the second time we've worked with Nick and Minna, and the process was as smooth and professional as the last. We did a complete kitchen renovation that involved some complex structural and electrical work (getting rid of a wall, moving the entire electrical junction box for the house, etc), and Innovera approached the challenge with care and diligence, while also respecting our design preferences. And on that design front, they also worked very closely with us, respecting our choices, while also steering us in the direction of innovative products and space-saving directions. We have already booked them for another project in the Spring!

Last spring, Minna and Nick did a complete renovation of my bathroom. The results were nothing less than stunning. The design was elegant, it included everything on my wish list, as well as features that exceeded my expectations. Nick is a perfectionist - all of the work, especially the finishings, were flawless, and I was thrilled with the outcome. So much so, that I asked them for ideas for updating my kitchen. They came up with a fabulous plan that would give me more counter space, better storage, and an absolutely gorgeous modern look. The bespoke cupboards and counters are beautiful, the lighting is perfect, and I’m enjoying the integrated sound system. Throughout the project, Minna would provide options for finishes and fixtures, and was quick to pick up on my preferences. Nick has a keen eye for detail, and made improvements I hadn’t even thought of (for example, he swapped out all of the light switches and electrical outlets in the living/dining area to match the modern ones in the new kitchen). All of the work is beautifully done, and it raises my spirits every time I walk into the kitchen. Having seen the excellent results that Minna and Nick had completed for two of my friends, I was confident enlisting them. They were great to work with, thoughtful, practical, organized, and reliable. They gave me the apartment of my dreams, only better.

We have have hired many contractors over the years, but dealing with Nick from Innovera has easily been our best experience to date. From our first consultation to the finishing touches in our bathroom reno, his advice, attention to detail and workmanship have been exceptional. Despite manufacturer delays, we were kept informed and once the materials had arrived, Nick really made us feel we were a priority, ultimately finishing the job ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely hire Innovera again.

What a treat to work with Nick and Minna. They are so professional but, at the same time, they are warm and very approachable. Their attention to detail is remarkable and they thrive on the challenges that arise with renovations. For example, they were able to completely disguise the exhaust vent leading to my stove hood (previously it had been contained in a painted box that stood out from the wall) and they found a way to make under-the-sink recycling containers fit despite the design of the cabinet. Nick charmed the caretaker at my building and made arranging for deliveries a breeze. (He did it all and I just stayed out of the way!) And, perhaps most wonderful of all, at the end of every day, the work area was left immaculate. I hope to be able to work with Minna and Nick again and have already recommended them to several people who have renovation plans.

Clearly one of the best company out there! Our house looks stunning and feels warm and welcoming after Innovera completely re-designed and renovated it. It was an extensive renovation, including structural upgrades and space planning to improve functionality. Despite all the challenges, the renovation was completed a month before the deadline. We are amazed by the ingenious design solutions, exquisite craftsmanship and the resourcefulness of everyone on the Innovera team. They are very busy people, booked for months ahead, but the wait was certainly worth it!

They have great ideas and suggestions and they listen carefully to what we'd like. The work was always tidy, important in a strata building.
