Innuwindow provided excellent advice on the right window treatment. There were numerous choices and the designer provided great direction. When it came time for installation the scheduling was easy and communication impressively excellent. The installer was courteous and excellent at what he did. He was super fine about lowering the blind after installing it. I'd work with these folks anytime!

I recently had construction in my home which involved tearing down walls and then repainted every room on the first floor. I used Innuwindow once before many years ago to purchase a Hunter Douglas luminette and a silhouette for my family room which I still love and looks brand new. I now needed window coverings for my kitchen, living/dining rooms. This involved 9 windows included a bay window. I wanted cellular shades for their simplicity and insulation properties. I priced them at a couple of local stores and then called Innuwindow which is about 40 minutes away. To my surprise Mitch the designer/salesman was still there and we scheduled an appointment for the following week.. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely patient as I had a difficult time deciding colors. He was very helpful with determining which cellular shade I should purchase and what color/colors of shades would look good with my wall paint. and furnishings. He measured and gave me a quote immediately. The price was lower than any of the other stores for the Hunter Douglas shades. He also told me that after they were installed if I did not like the color I could exchange the shades for a nominal fee per window. I ordered the shades and they came in within the time frame Mitch told me. Tim the installer was fantastic. He was neat, clean and did an excellent job with the installation. The bay window was difficult due to the headers being very close but Mitch and Tim determined proper size and how to hang them evenly. After installation I decided I wanted top down/bottom up which I did not order at first. I called Mitch and he said no problem to exchange them. I only had to pay the difference in the price of the shade and a nominal fee per window. Tim came back and removed the shades and reinstalled the new ones. Once again an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Innuwindow for their pricing, assistance with selection and expert installation. I will be using them again for my second floor windows very soon.

This company was very kind to provide an installer on our Hunter Douglass living room window shade that had fallen, even though they were not the company that we bought the shade from. We had bought a bedroom room darkening shade from Innuwindow a few years ago, which we were extremely pleased with. So, as a courtesy to an old customer, they sent out a person to fix a fallen shade that they were not responsible for. Not only did the fellow reinstall the window shade, he checked other shades to make sure they would not fall. This is excellent and kind service. When and if we need new shades, I will only deal with this company.

From start to finish, the customer service at InnuWindow was first rate. I worked with Sue Main, who was terrific. She knew my goal was to have my drapes and fabrics available for a June visit by family. She was able to tell me the availability of all of the fabrics I was considering which was a huge bonus. I appreciated her honest opinion on all of my choices. I then got to meet Tim, who installed my roman shade and drapes. Tim was a perfectionist who was not satisfied until I was satisfied. Once again, my experience with InnuWindow was terrific and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Once I finally made my decision (Hunter Douglas Vignette roman shades) the process was quick, efficient and seamless - including the installation of all 19 shades.
