I reached out to Michael after seeing an ad for Rockport Doors. Since I bought my house 7 years ago I couldn’t close any of my doors completely. Having a curious little puggle who likes to explore it was time to replace the doors.. Michael was very professional and called to explain the process and price so I would have all the information before he came out. He came out the next day, a Sunday which was convenient. He measured and showed me door and hardware choices. He ordered the doors and game me the timeline, he reached out when the doors arrived to set up installation and within days I had ten new doors installed. And as promised, it took only three hours to install and my house looks like a new house Michael also gave me the paint color, I had my woodwork painted so that everything matched. Great experience working with Michael, I couldn’t be happier with his work and my new doors.

Michael is the consummate professional. I saw the One Day Doors & Closets concept at a Home Show, and upon searching for a local Authorized Dealer, I came across Rockport Doors & Closets. I have a funky little 1941 Cape, so there were all types of different door types, slants, and quirks to my home that make it a bit of a challenge to fit with doors. The old doors were all different styles and colors, and I really wanted to update the look of the house and standardize the doors we had throughout the house. I priced out doors/installation/finish painting at Lowe's and Home Depot, and Michael's doors were about the same price, but with a MUCH easier installation process, so I went with him. He initially came in to give me an estimate in November of 2018. With the holiday season upon us, the investment was not right at the time. I reached back out in February, and we were off and running. Michael came in to my home and did the laser measurements on 16 doors, which took about an hour. He then placed the order, and the doors arrived in early April. He came to install them about a week after they arrived, and four hours later, I had brand new, beautiful doors hung throughout my entire house. They all fit perfectly and were hung in no time. They gave my entire house a facelift, and they look amazing! Since installation, I had some work done to the house, which left the floors at a bit of a different height than when the doors were originally installed. Michael has come back to my house twice to fix the doors without a second thought. He wanted to ensure I was able to enjoy my doors as they were meant to be enjoyed, so he made the necessary adjustments to ensure they worked perfectly. As I started out saying, Michael is a consummate professional. His pleasant demeanor and his thorough knowledge of General Contracting make him a joy to work with. I highly recommend Michael, and would be happy to furnish additional details about my experience to anyone. Superior product, amazing installation process, and outstanding customer service! That was my experience with Rockport Doors & Closets.

Wow! We just had 6 interior doors installed today. Mike was so right- he told us how great the new doors would look - what a difference ! Mike told us the installation would be under 3 hours. Yes , he was correct again. They took the old doors and left our house clean looking new.

Zero stars. Product fine but 10x overpriced for quality. Bigger issue - contractor terribly unresponsive. Took deposits and had to chase for fulfillment of doors months past expected delivery (supposed next day turn around - it’s a ruse). Benefit of doubt given because of holidays plus wanted same doors but happened again. Always an excuse for not returning calls, contact forms, msgs, txts. Can’t even cancel because mailbox full

We had tried for months to find someone to replace 13 doors in our home. No one ever got back to us. We saw an ad for Rockport Doors and Closets and Mike came out and explained the process. Considering the price includes painting, hardware, installation, and disposal of the old doors, we couldn’t be more pleased!! He did an excellent job!!

Changed over all my interior doors and two closets. Great price, fast service. You would expect some mess in the house. The contractor couldn't have been more respectful and neat. Highly recommend if your in the market for doors and closets.

Mike is simply the best! We were so impressed with the new closet doors he replaced last year that we had him return this year to replace all 7 of our interior doors. Laser-measured, each door perfectly fits its door frame (even an uneven frame we had on one door), and the style of doors we chose beautifully matches our kitchen cabinets.
