I have a square walk-in closet original to a 1950's house that needed some work to be functional. I reached out to the Springer Sisters, who put me in touch with Lindsay Foley. Lindsay came out to my house to see the space and take measurements. Not long after she emailed me a quote that included a 3D rendering of the initial design. From there she answered all my questions on materials, construction, pricing, and timing. I was also able to visit the showroom to see samples of the materials in person, which was very helpful. Lindsay was very helpful in narrowing down options and finalizing a design that not only works exactly as I need it to but looks classic too. The customizability of the unit gave me peace of mind that my closet will be as future-proof as possible, and was a major selling point for me. Installation went very quickly (maybe an hour) and very smoothly. I've been very satisfied in the months since and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their closet.

Brad Davidson at Incognito Custom Closets was working on a large remodeling project for me and was responsible for reworking our master bedroom closet. He installed adjustable shelving for handbags, sweaters, and storage into a vaulted closet space and added varied hang rods. He also installed adjustable shelving cubicles for shoes. In addition, Brad reworked the awkward space in my pantry under a staircase to increase the storage space. He was detailed, friendly and quick to complete the job.
