Inspire homes was very responsive to both my small projects. One was a fix in 2 shower floors which were leaking and the other was patching up the drywall in my basement after they got another company to fix the leak. Lou was great at finding the best solution required for both problems - I had gotten other quotes and consultations but he was very realistic in what actually needed to be done versus others who just wanted to do a big job which cost more. The work was completed to my satisfaction and he or someone from inspire homes would come to inspect the work to make sure I was happy with the final result. I would definitely use inspire homes for any small or large projects I need in my home- their work is solid, rates are reasonable and most importantly they are trustworthy.

InspireHomes put our vision together and kept the construction on budget. Lou has no problem coming back to handle any concerns we might have.

Inspire homes did an excellent job on our bathroom and family room renovations. Lou, the owner, was most helpful in offering suggestions for the bathroom layout and the revised design worked beautifully. The project was completed quickly and on budget, and when there were a couple of minor details to touch up at the end, Lou came promptly and took care of them himself. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

My husband and I engaged the services of Inspire Homes in 2011 to renovate our Etobicoke Post-War home. We were in need of an extra bedroom and a full renovation of our kitchen and basement which were both very dated. After seeing the quality of work that Inspire Homes completed in our very own neighbourhood, we decided to meet with them. Inspire Homes responded quickly to our request for a quote. They were professional, courteous and very creative in helping us find cost-effective solutions to our renovation needs. Inspire Homes takes a very collaborative approach to home renovations engaging its clients from the start. From design phase to accomodating new ideas along the way, Inspire Homes collaborated with us until just the right solutions were found for our home. We never felt like anything other than very active participants in our renovation. As a result we have an additional bedroom and front porch that we love, and a kitchen that is truly now the heart of our home. Each of our projects ran on time and on budget, with the staff of Inspire Homes working efficiently and professionally, and always very accommodating of our schedules. They were tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day making living through a kitchen renovation no where near as difficult as we imagined it would have been.
