Interiors by Design is Southern UT's largest interior design firm. IBD features 5 designers, specializing in both residential and commercial design. Interiors by Design features a team of Utah's TOP designers. Each team member boasts over 15 years of design experience, and certifications in UT state skills cert, NKBA/KBIS, LEED-AP, and IP-ASID. We are passionate about crafting our spaces around the functional and aesthetic needs of our clients. Our process is customized to fit the needs of builders, architects, and homeowners. Our understanding of builder operations, as well as architectural operations, sets us apart. Changing the "designer" stereotype one client at a time. No change orders, no changes to budget, no changes to timeline. (AKA, no "I need you to cut a hole in this new drywall you just finished, there's supposed to be a light here.) Whether it’s an individual room, an entire residence, or a commercial building, we closely collaborates with our clients to understand their unique tastes and functional needs. We are dedicated to catering to you and your project’s specific requirements. Upon first meeting, we will determine the project scope and see if we are a good fit. Afterward, we will prepare a budget and compensation agreement that accurately reflects the scope of the project. Her goal is to get to know you, comprehend your vision, and successfully execute a stylish space that reflects your individuality. Our capabilities include selecting hard surface materials such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, trim and base casings, window coverings, and more. We also select and source from our trade-only vendors for furnishings and accessories. For all clients: we start with our design concept in mood boards, move to selections boards, offer 3D renderings/elevations, as well as HGTV level 3D full home walkthroughs to solidify your confidence in our designs, and lastly, finalize selections.
