She was extremely professional, the turnaround time for the images was very fast, but most importantly, her sense of style, use of light and ability to enhance every detail of our homes, is something that’s hard to find in the Phoenix area. I had just completed a remodel and put the house on the market but it wasn’t attracting enough attention. I decided to stage the house, and contacted Jaeger Staging. Margareth was terrific! Very responsive (she met me the next day), and within a few days, she had the house all set up. I’ve included pictures below. Margareth did a wonderful job! She first consulted with me about the house. She went over the home with me in detail teaching me and recommending measures that I could do myself in order to make the house more desirable for buyers. The list was very thorough when done and her ideas were spot on! Then afterwards, I hired her to stage my home and take professional photos. She did a wonderful job with everything! Everyone loved her staging. When we first bought this same home, it was not staged, and we bought it for quite a bit under asking price because it had been on the market for months. Only four years later, without making any major changes to the home, we sold it for a LOT more than we'd bought it for! We had 2 bids within hours of it going on the market, both ABOVE the asking price! If I ever wondered if staging is worth the money, I don't wonder now!!! (This house even had the same flooring and carpet in it as when we bought it when it SAT on the market for months. Margareth was wonderful and helpful to work with. She also allows you to pay her fee, which is VERY reasonable, AFTER the house is sold, (although, please be aware that you will probably have to sign for a no interest loan before the house goes on the market so that she will get her money prior, in order to rent the furniture and stuff like that). She was open to my thoughts as well, and even made some changes based on the style of our home and my requests. (And on top of all of that, she recommended a really good realtor, as well, who not only helped to sell my home, but also helped with the whole project of getting it ready. He took on the responsibility of contracting out the repairs, the painting and the other appearance based upgrades, in order to get it sale ready! And this was all for no increase in his percentage!)
