It begins by meeting with us to learn about our company, our building process, the plan you are interested in and the options you have. If you decide you would like to allow us to build your new home, you will work with our in-house Architect to make the custom changes or create your own custom plan from scratch. Once your plans are complete, one of our Construction Managers will work with you through the building portion of your home. Our Construction Managers have over 100 yrs of combined construction management experience. They will show you how the home goes together, walk you through our interactive online selection system and provide you with weekly updates. In addition, they will meet with you on-site a minimum of six times during the building process. Once your home is complete, you will work with our Warranty team to help you understand how our 60 day and 11 month warranty service intervals help you maintain your new home, ensuring it will serve you well for many years to come.
