I would choose Jamestown time and time again!! From the first time we talked with Gregg, he never pressured us. He let us talk and tell him what we wanted, and he made it happen for us. David was with us every step of building process. The quality of work and all that went into our home has been exceptional and done with excellence!! We love the house that was built for us to make a home!!!

We had an incredible experience building our home with Jamestown Builders. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and we felt like the Jamestown team was truly working for us to ensure our house dreams came true. We first met Dallas Chamberlain at an open house, and we immediately clicked with her and knew it was a start of a longer business relationship. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and truly a joy to work with throughout the entire process. We always felt supported and confident in every step thanks to her guidance. We were also so fortunate to be paired with our superintendent, Pablo Moran, who genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. He consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear he truly wanted the best for our family. There were no delays, no issues, and every customization we requested was executed flawlessly. Now, we’re living in our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier. We cannot recommend Jamestown Builders enough, an outstanding experience all around!

We had to cancel our build. Ten percent down and only received 2/3 of it back. No statements of the real cost. I would not use this overpriced company.

Jamestown Estate Homes (JEH) just completed construction on our dream home in Oak Forest. We stumbled upon a JEH open house in mid-February 2019 and JEH completed our amazing new home on one of their available lots only 10 months later. Their team focuses on quality and client satisfaction and we could not be happier with the finished product. We heard that building a custom home would be extremely stressful, but we can honestly say that the entire process, from our first design meeting to closing was smooth and as stress free as possible. We first met with Victoria Hawes in February 2019 to discuss the construction of a new home that modified a few things from an existing floor plan. Victoria seamlessly integrated our preferences into what was already a beautiful floor plan in a functional and cost-effective manner. In addition general layout issues, Victoria spent quite a bit of time with us making sure we addressed little items, like locations of lights and electrical outlets, that could have big day to day impacts after move-in. Once we got our permit, our construction manager, Spencer Sledge, and selections coordinator, Jessica Staten, took over. Jessica is a new addition to JEH who helped us make at least one million and one decisions. This is our fourth home and we thought we knew what we were getting into since we had previously bought a new build townhome. For that home, we were able to make design choices, but this was an entirely different experience. For the townhome, we had a few options and each option had a price-point. With Jamestown, they provide an allowance in your budget and you can choose almost anything within the wide world of construction materials. It is both overwhelming and very exciting. Jessica steered us in the right direction to make selections that were both in our budget and our style profile. She comes with a vast wealth of knowledge on range of style, vendors and quality of materials. We actually came in under budget and didn't compromise on the quality or choice of our final selections. Jessica was a great resource and through the building process she was both a consultant and therapist as she would help me overcome second guessing on my decisions right before installation. JEH is currently building their own design center and I can't wait to see it! Spencer Sledge was our day to day point of contact on the construction of the house. He worked his tail off to keep everything moving quickly and was on top of every detail in the home. Due to rainy summer weather in Houston, we were a few weeks behind schedule with the foundation, but he was able to catch up on time and get us in the house earlier than we expected. Spencer was available at our convenience for walk throughs and answered all of our questions on a timely basis. Toward the end of construction once we knew a year end move as possible, he kept things moving to make sure we were able to move in before we had to get back to work after New Years. Even the first few days after we moved in, Spencer was available to quickly answer questions about the home to help us with the moving process. All in all, working with JEH and their team was a pleasure and we give them our highest recommendation to anyone wanting to build a custom home in the Houston area.

We've been working with Victoria at Jamestown over the years but for me personally a little over a year. My review is from a different angle as I am their Account Manager and supply them with cast stone fireplace surrounds. From my experience, Jamestown is looking to work with trades that care about the details and strive to deliver a high quality product. Working with Victoria and her team feels more like a partnership as we work together towards the same goal ... a customer who truly loves every aspect of their newly built home.

Jamestown Estate Homes is currently building our retirement home.
