I have loved shopping at Bountiful since 2000, when my husband and I moved from Mississippi to Maryland. Jamie is the friendliest person I have ever met in a decorator store. Whether I’m spending full price on an item, or going to the “Blue Moon” sale or the “First Ladies” sale he is the same friendly, helpful person he always has been. He’s given me so much guidance in my home when we redid all the window treatments with the help of Paula, (who no longer lives in Maryland ) whether it was wallpaper, bedding, lamps, mirrors, pictures, rugs or anything I wanted to ask him about. Maryland along with Chelsea House is lucky to have such an excellent designer as well as a fun person to work with. I travel back and forth between states of Maryland, where we own a business and Mississippi, where some of our children and their families live. It’s always the first place I go to see and find what new inspiration he has come up with and I try to copy it, the best I can. Thank you Jamie for always being so supportive and helpful! You are the best! I will send pictures in the new house we are building in Mississippi as soon as we get moved in. Most everything new we have purchased for this house is from Bountiful. This is the best store, hands down, for furnishings and decor on the Eastern Shore. I am totally enamored with the interior design projects done by Jamie Merida and his design team and hope to one day have them do my house from top to bottom! Everyone I know who has used Jamie Merida Interiors has said what a great experience they've had.

I love this store!! This is the most beautiful design store I have ever been in. It takes my breath away every time I'm there. I am grateful to owner Jamie Merida for suggesting I work with designer Amanda who continues to amaze us with her creative ideas and design aesthetic. She is wonderful beyond words to work with and has helped transform our house into something I could not. I think the danger in watching channels like HGTV is they lead one to believe a room can be transformed in 30 minutes to an hour and I have learned the process is much more thoughtful and takes time but that time is very well spent. I appreciate the thought and care Amanda puts into her work! Highly recommend!!

Jamie Merida and the crew at Bountiful helped us from soup to nuts on the design of our brand new Easton home. We worked with them over the course of a year to select every item in the home. Every piece of furniture, drape, carpet, paint, wallpaper, light fixture, artwork, and accessory was selected and installed by Bountiful. It has been an amazing experience and our house is truly a dream home. They even handled all the holiday decorations! Their quality of their work and customer service is outstanding.

Over the years, Atelier 11 Architecture has had an ongoing collaborative relationship with Bountiful and Jamie Merida. He brings creative flair and solutions to residences and has an eye for meeting the client needs with a professional approach. We collaborated with him on the Tred Avon residence pictured on the Houzz site and we look forward to a continuing relationship. Kudos, Jamie!

Jamie Merida, owner of Bountiful in Easton, Maryland designed an amazing master bedroom suite in our home overlooking the Tred Avon River. He transformed a basic bedroom, ordinary bathroom and small closet into an extraordinary living space. Jamie's selection of wood flooring, furniture, fabrics, linens, artwork, accessories and color palette in the master bedroom are striking. He extended the bathroom into an adjacent porch to create an area for a free standing "Porcher" white soaking tub surrounded on three sides by windows overlooking the river. The rich wood vanities are complemented by bold circular nautical wood framed mirrors. White carrera marble tile throughout the over-sized shower and makeup area create a crisp and fresh environment. Coordinated lighting fixtures, rich feeling towels and Ralph Lauren multi-blue striped wallpaper finish off the space. The enormous closet is appointed with ample hanging and drawer space, bright lighting and plush white carpet. All this feeds into a private cozy porch retreat. This renovation exceeded out expectations - we love it!

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Amanda in re-decorating my home after my husband passed away. I wanted a fresh and happy look and feel. Jamie and Amanda were both great and did everything from choosing new interior paint colors and wallpapers to incorporating a lot of the furniture I already had while adding complementary furniture pieces and fabrics, along with window treatments. The best testament I can say is that I would definantely use their services again. True Professionals.

I worked with Amanda Friend as my design consultant when I purchased my home in Canton, MD. I had no idea what or how to decorate my home and after seeing Amanda's previous work I turned the entire job over to her. By meeting with her for several hours at the Bountiful store (She made arrangements to meet me on my schedule) and giving her the idea/look I desired....she ran with it. When I first moved in I had NOTHING. She furnished the entire house making it a home. With every delivery, Amanda made the time to drive from Easton to my home in Canton to ensure everything was as it was supposed to be. Even the delivery guys where AWESOME!!!!! On one delivery the usual truck Jamie and company used was out of commission....instead of the usual call from other places saying they would re-schedule, Amanda called to advise they rented a U-Haul and would be just a little late.....AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would highly recommend Bountiful for ALL OF YOUR furniture needs. Anything from a simple decoration to a full blown remodel. Call Amanda today and you won't be disappointed.

When we built our home on the Wye River in Talbot County, MD 12 years ago, we knew we wanted a large, comfortable master bedroom. Well, we got large and all the architectural components to make it wonderful---fabulous fireplace, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, & custom millwork. What we never got around to was comfortable. Our bedroom ended up being the place where all the old furniture---and a treadmill---went to die. Not a happy picture. Enter designers Amanda Friend & Jamie Merida from Bountiful. After clearing out the debris and keeping the pine antiques we loved, the pair created an oasis that we truly enjoy being in at all times of the day. We added a couch, and upholstered bed and two upholstered, swivel chairs that allow us to alternately enjoy the view, the fireplace, and the TV. Color cues came from the blues and greens outside our windows. A friend calls the result "study in blue." I find that it just makes me smile. I've always been horrible at choosing fabrics. This is where Bountiful really came through. When I fell in love with a chair fabric I was afraid was a little too lively, they showed me how to make it work by pairing it with "tamer" fabric on the couch & bed. Finally, after 12 years of living with the leftovers, we have the bedroom we wanted all along.
