I would stay far away from this company. I had a fire at my home and hired Jancon to do the full scope of work. Jeff only added to the stress. not only was my home badly damaged and I lost my belongings Jeff only tried to capitalize from my losses. He saw insurance money and that is all he cared about. The entire experience was a nightmare. Dont let Jancon work on your home. His negligence is still costing me money for repairs to a furnace that he never pulled a permit on and almost cost my family and I our lives as the furnace exhaust was coming directly into my home. RUN FAR AWAY!!! KEEP RUNNING!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE.....

Jeff installed new front steps for us using composite wood, replacing brick and concrete steps that had sunken and sloped to one side on my 1965 home. We had several contractors out to bid on the project; Jeff came in right in the middle but we picked him due to the personalization of the project. Jeff was very thorough in explaining our various options (wood vs. composite and the benefits of both options) and explained his credentials and licenses and those of his team. As new homeowners, we really appreciated this as it was educational for us and let us know what to look for when we contract out additional work in the future. Jeff communicated the timeline and what would happen along the way frequently which was really appreciated. The finished product looks fantastic and many of our neighbors commented on how much better it looked after the work was done. Last but not least, the job site was left cleaner than before he arrived - all around great job, we'd love to use Jancon Exteriors again if we have any future projects and would recommend him to others without hesitation!
