My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Architect Jean André LaTondresse has been serving the design needs of the Parks and Recreation departments of the cities of Eagan and Lakeville as well as Dakota County Parks over the past twenty five years. The firm also provides design services to commercial clients, churches and other architects and designers.

I've have had a chance to work with many pros, Jal Architects makes the elite list. Jal Architects have the ability to meet any tough lot situations, skills and knowledge with dealing with variance, and also gives 3D virtual walk through a with many of the projects. If your needs are very specific or you have many idea books you want to become your reality in an remodel or new construction, Jal Architects will be ones to put it onto the paper for you.

We hired JAL Architects to design an addition to our home (third stall garage with bedroom and bath above it and storage room below), to completely re-design our first floor and to design our lower level which was unfinished at the time. Andre was sensitive to existing architectural style. He has an exceptional eye for detail and how it relates to space and light. Andre listened to our wants and needs and incorporated suggestions thoughtfully. We are very pleased with his work.

Andre did a great job in designing a beautiful log home on some farm land I own. The end result is fantastic. The whole family loves it. It has become our "hunting shack". Andre is very creative and very easy to work with. He often went beyond the call of duty when we had contruction issues. He was also extremely fair price wise.

Andre created an addition to our home that provided much needed functional space while maintaining the original character of the home. He takes time to listen to a homeowners needs and ideas and transforms them in to a workable solution for the construction process.

We hired Andre' to design and do all the architectural work for our new home in Excelsior, MN. After meeting with numerous architects and builders, we decided that Andre' and Kurt Schwartz (Builder) were the best fit for us. After several meetings to discuss our vision we filled out an in depth Master Vision questionnaire and provided Andre' and Kurt our login to houzz.com so they could see what we liked about certain houses, rooms, colors, textures and finishes. When you combine the Master Vision questionnaire along with our houzz.com pictures, you get a pretty good feel for what we wanted in our new home. We think Andre' did an exceptional job of listening to what we wanted and going through all of the information we provided to create a remarkable home that we love! Between Andre' and Kurt Schwartz Builders they really did a great job of taking our vision and making it a reality. We would strongly recommend both Andre' and Kurt to anyone looking to remodel or build their dream home!
