Janet and her team did an AMAZING job staging our house for a quick sale at top dollar! When we first met Janet, we found her to be very personable , experienced and professional. She went through our house and told us what we needed to do, such as declutter and send our furniture to storage, before she came in with the furniture and other staging accessories. It took Janet and her team just under 3 hours to stage our ENTIRE house! It was BEAUTIFUL! My mother needed to sell her home and I am certain that the staging created tremendous interest that resulted in multiple offers and a great selling price! The real estate market has changed from the last time we bought our house 35 years ago. We are at a loss what to do to prepare the sale of our house. Janet came to our house and made a list of what we need to do room by room. This down to the details of light fixture, curtain, carpet, paint colour and removal of furniture / items off the counter. We worked room by room (love the list) and got it all done in a week with the help from a contractor, painter and family members. Janet came in and stage the house in less than an hour. The house look amazing and we had over 27 showings in 2 weeks. It look so good that my husband want to put an offer in :). Once the house was sold Janet and her team came back to pick up the items. Janet was so helpful, very friendly and forth coming about what to expect. She installed all the furniture we required right down to the silk plants on the tables and made a number of other rooms that didn't require furniture POP by adding throw pillows, bed coverings, flowers etc. The best part it took her less than 1/2 day to install it all and the house looked perfect. Janet didn’t need to do a whole lot to our house but what she did do really made our house look better.
