Our remodel was for a kitchen, dining room and family room. It was a total makeover, including demolition, raising a ceiling, widening a staircase, installing LVP, countertops, installing base boards, complete lighting system, new cabinets, working closely with sub-contractors and managing a complicated schedule. He communicated well with us and returned calls/texts promptly. He was able to handle our many special requests professionally. He worked with us to keep the costs manageable. He was able to keep to the original schedule. We were very happy with the end results and would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Jared is a fantastic general contractor to work with. We hired him to remodel a 1500sqft 1970s home. The work included installation of new floors, doors and trim along with some miscellaneous tile and drywall jobs. The majority of the work was complete within a month even though Jared was balancing other jobs. His communication throughout the process was excellent with frequent texts and calls to ensure the work was proceeding according to what we wanted. Jared even went above and beyond when our custom basement staircase railing (ordered from an independent vendor) was delayed by months. He installed a temporary wall for us which allowed us to move into the house without the railing, saving us thousands of dollars in separate housing costs. Jared is a true professional who we would happily hire again and would recommend to anyone.
