LOOK NO FURTHER…USE THIS GUY!!! Building/buying a house can be a daunting process, so I did my research before choosing a contractor. Everything I read and everyone I spoke to about Jason Day was extremely complimentary about him both professionally and personally, so I chose to move forward with his company. Well…after just recently closing on our home, I can assure you that we are both completely satisfied and genuinely grateful that we chose Jason Day! Anybody who has gone through the home building process, knows that it is simply impossible for every single detail to be perfect when you have so many subcontractors and vendors involved in the construction of the home. Therefore, the most important thing in my opinion, is “if” and “how” things will be handled not only throughout the building process, but “after” the papers are all signed and the money has been exchanged!!! Well, I can tell you from a first hand experience, that Jason Day himself has got to be the most stand up guy that I have ever dealt with in the business world! He stands behind his finished product 100% making sure that he does everything he possibly can, so that the high standard he expects and represents is met!!! It is obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers and that it is not an act. This is both refreshing and quite honestly, shocking, in a day and age where this is almost impossible to find…so trust me, LOOK NO FURTHER AND USE THIS GUY!!!

When we decided to build a new home, we interviewed three different builders and chose Jason Day. He was the only one who had the knowledge to take our blue print and make changes to fit our wants and needs. He made major changes to our roof line by adding a large screened porch and extended length and depth to enlarge certain areas in the interior. We wanted a very upscale look to our interior with custom mouldings, extensive trim work, coffered and trey ceiling, large custom shower in master suite, large custom mirrors in baths, farm sink in kitchen with island and gas cooktop with large vent fan . He designed all of these and advised us to different products to make our home as maintenance free as possible. He built us a beautiful home and if you are looking for a builder that is knowledgeable, dependable, honest and up to date with all the latest trends than we highly recommend Jason.
