I have been requesting warranty repairs of my JR Flooring kitchen floor. The flooring was installed when the home was built approximately three years ago. Jay stopped by and took photos approximately a year ago and there has been no action since. I have sent text messages with photos, I have the shop and left messages with employees, and I have called Jay directly, still no time-line for the repairs.

We have used JR Flooring for all of our flooring needs and have never been disappointed. They have laid carpet/vinyl/hardwood/bathroom shower tile along with kitchen tile. Installers are always very nice and those that work in the office are very helpful. They have always been willing to come to the house to measure and give helpful suggestions. Will continue to use them for all my flooring needs.

Any time we have a flooring project we go to JR Flooring. We have gotten flooring for our house and our camper. JR Flooring has reasonable prices and are will to work with us when it come to a budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with Jr Flooring. Price was very reasonable and the service and installation were excellent. Installer gave a call ahead of time and was professional, neat and efficient. We would definitely call them to do our next flooring project.
