John & Randi were incredible to work with in finishing our lower level in our home. We felt as though they truly listened to our ideas and wishes and made our space come to life. If you want the very best, then you just found it. John Cannarsa and his team are simply amazing. They have done two homes for us in Michigan and recently redid our Florida home from top to bottom and every time we walk into it, we just smile because every detail they did is simply amazing! Now having used them for our third complete project, they have become friends and are always there to help when we need it. We hired Cannarsa Structure and Design to help us with a major house expansion and renovation. From the electrical plans in the early stages, to picking out every signle fixture, tile, hardware, and furniture for the entire house--they made it easy and fun. We live in a different state, and the project was still seamless! Having a good partner to get through such a major rennovation was everything. I cannot recommend this team enough. They are exceptional!

We talked to a number of professional designers and ultimately selected Cannarsa Structure and Design. Suffice to say we could not be more delighted with the results. Our project was fairly expansive as we bought an 18-year home that was in sore need of a makeover. We needed help with the exterior siding color selection, interior finishes, and furniture selection. John and his team got quickly to work and provided some through provoking design ideas. Their collective vision came to life as the project unfolded. Interestingly, our finish carpenter was so enamored with the panelized walls in the great room that he added that to his website to showcase his work. As friends and family have visited our home, they are stunned with the vast change. Gone is the dingy carpeting and outdated ceramic tile along with the red walls. What they are welcomed with is an inviting space that features hardwood floors, neutral colors that open up the great room and kitchen. The design ideas in our home office and bathroom is equally impressive.

I contacted John to begin planning our major remodel/addition project. He was very quick to respond to all email and set up initial consultation even though he is very busy. His ideas were very creative and he was able to help me organize my thoughts. I am looking forward to working with him to help me along the way for design decisions. John is easy to talk to and he listened to my needs before giving his professional advise. He wrote a plan with everything we talked about so I could use it to talk to contractor (so helpful). I highly recommend John!

We recently purchased a small cottage with tons of character, but in need of a lot of work. We reached out to John as the first step in our renovation process. After reviewing John's portfolio and work, we felt he could help guide us in our initial plans for the property. This was one of the best decisions we have made. He showed up and immediately started walking from room to room. We shared our ideas and questions and he shared his vision and places we could keep the old character but update the space. John made several suggestions that we would have never thought of in regards to our layout and design. He was really helpful in sorting out what we should do now versus what we might want to do at a later date (or not at all!). We've done several renovations of older properties, but this is the first time we've talked to an expert like John as the first step. He has such a great eye and shared his way of seeing our space. In addition, he had great suggestions for contractors to reach out to and places to find specific items we were looking to purchase. With such a busy schedule, we were honored to have John take a look at our little cottage. He's very open and generous with his ideas and suggestions. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a good partner to help them reimagine a space.

John Cannarsa is amazing! He can walk into any space and see the potential - no matter what the style. He is great with color and helped me update my 80's ranch into a modern space. Loved working with him and will use him again for our next project!
