I am building a house in NJ and my roofer installed dectec for me which is a waterproof membrane for decks. My installation did not look good at all so I did some checking to see what other installs look like and came across some photos that Jemar posted of its dectec installs. They looked very good so I sent a message asking for some info. Jeff was amazing and offered to look at photos of my install. He responded quickly with a lengthy, detailed email explaining what was done wrong. My roofer has now admitted it was installed incorrectly and has promised to fix it. If this is the way Jeffrey treats strangers who are not even his customers, imagine how great he treats his paying customers. I am acting as my own contractor building a 12,000 square foot house and I can tell you it is very rare to find companies like Jemar-- and I have already dealt with dozens of trades. Jeff is detail oriented and cares about quality and people. If you are fortunate to live in his work area, definitely consider this company for work you need and of course, always get references and call those references to see if they are enthusiastic about the contractor.
