We bought from Jeffery Homes in the midst of COVID. Delays were inevitable due to material delays during pandemic. Jeffery Homes were very forthcoming with delay notifications. this was extremely helpful for the correct time to put our existing home on the market. we can't say enough about "Bev" (sales & decor representative) When we called with questions or concerns she went over and above to get us answers or reconcile issues. Mr. Jeffery and his sons were very receptive and quick to solve any issues or concerns. our home is absolutely beautiful. Every detail (drywall, trim, cabinetry, woodworking) has been meticulously completed with professionalism. it was well worth the wait. thank you to Bev and Mr. Jeffery for our beautiful home.

We are so pleased with our beautiful new home. It's like a dream come true! All of the staff at Jeffery Homes have been very helpful and are amazing to deal with. We've had very few service issues and any of the little things have always been corrected in a timely manner. This is our new forever home, but if it weren't, we would definitely buy from this builder again.

This builder will not respond to email or phone calls, only after sending multiple messages they will respond with a vague response. When we bought a home from Jeffery, we were told that the after purchase customer service was amazing.....dead wrong. Trying to get them to honor their warranty is a nightmare. At first I thought it was just us, but after talking with neighbors I discovered EVERYBODY in this development is experiencing the same thing. Terrible business practices, shoddy workmanship and the worst customer service. If you’re thinking of buying from Jeffery, consider other options. This builders reputation of building quality houses has come and gone! Don’t be fooled by the smiles at the show home....once they have your hard earned money, you don’t matter anymore.

Last year my wife and I started looking for a builder to help us build our dream home, and I honestly believe that God put Scott Jeffery in our path. We know now that the project wouldn’t had been possible with any other builder and we now live in a home worth of a magazine, all thanks to Scott. Scott led us through the entire process while providing his advice patiently, listening to all our ideas no matter how bad these were. His entire team amazing, the interior designer (Trish) is very talented and really knows her stuff; the tiles installer (Mark) is an artist and went well above and beyond his work to pieces of art; the carpenter (Rob) another artist who created amazing and perfect pieces of furniture without a single mistake; and the list can go on and on for the kitchen guys (Ren, Marion), etc. I can certainly say that Scott Jeffery is an amazing builder but most importantly: he is a very honest builder and person; we widely recommend him for your custom or production homes, you can be certain that you will be looked after and will received the best quality home possible.
