We built a lake house at The Cliffs Vineyards using Jeff Holder Builders. This was during Covid, supply chain issues and two very wet years. We can say that the process was made easier than imaginable using this team. Their Integrity is rated at 100% and the team paid very close attention to detail. I was previously a contractor in California and I knew what to expect and what results I was seeing in the construction of our home. These results were attained to a large degree because of the very long term relationships Holders have with their sub contractors and their in house team. Their subs even gave me their cell phone numbers in case I had any questions! We would not even consider another builder.

Jeff Holder and his team have always done what they represented, and delivered high quality work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We built a lake home with Jeff Holder Builders Inc.. Since we live several hours away from where the house was being built we were a bit nervous since we could not personally check on it very often. I can honestly say the process went beautifully and the house is built extremely well. They paid very close attention to the details and quality we wanted in our home. They kept close contact with us about anything and everything, and were always available to answer any questions we had. Their deadlines were on time and they stayed within the allotted budget. We have now owned the home for over 5+ years and have yet to have any issues of concern. They also continue to care about their work. They go by the house once a week to check on the home and alert us of anything that might need attention. I honestly don't know what I would do without that service, as we live far away. If we have anything we would like done it is taken care of quickly and professionally. I would recommend Jeff Holder Builders highly to anyone interested in building in the Lake Keowee and surrounding areas.
