This is the first custom home that my wife and I are having built so it has been a challenging but rewarding effort so far. We are very pleased with Jerome Rugen and his design firm Delineations. They took the time to listen to us and came up with a wonderful design. They helped us go through the bidding process and the selection of our builder. Jerome and his wife Debbie are helping us with the various selections that need to be made as we are progressing with the build, they both work well with our builder. We asked Jerome to handle the plans for our guest house. It was the first time we had used him but he came highly recommended from our designer. He was very easy to work with and our job was handled in a timely manner.

We provided a basic floor plan to Jerome and the folks at Delineations Design, and they refined these into what is turning out to be a beautiful home. We hope to have the construction process completed in the next 6-8 weeks and have run into very few issues regarding the design. Jerome was always very responsive to questions or concerns.
