Jesse did an unbelievable job with our kitchen cabinets. He had Previously done a kitchen project for friends of ours and we were in love with their kitchen cabinets. J Bay far exceeded any expectations we ever could have had. His pricing was incredibly fair and he did an unbelievable job sticking to our agreed-upon time schedule even with the supply chain issues.

Jesse was a design partner and supported us every step of the way in the remodel of our 26-year old kitchen. Jesse's insights and knowledge helped us jointly design a custom kitchen we are very happy with 6 weeks after everything finished up. We installed the cabinets ourselves with the help of just one other person and Jesse's attention to detail made installation so much easier than it would have been with a semi-custom design. Everyone who's seen the finished project raves about it. As the one's who installed the cabinets we know they will continue to be looking beautiful for years to come! My husband and I have been working with J. Bay Cabinets over the last year and a half to create custom built-in's and cabinetry for various rooms in our house. Jesse is, quite simply, the best! J.Bay Cabinets has been a delight to work with designing our dream home cabinets. The fit and finish are to perfection. I have worked with several cabinet companies and built my own. J. Bay cabinets are the highest quality I have seen. Jesse was very accommodating and had some difficult existing issues to deal with and it came out great. One mark of good cabinets is ease of installation. The installers had no problems. The lines in the units match beautifully along an 18 foot run of base cabinets with drawers. I would highly recommend J. Bay Cabinets.

I hired Jesse Bay to detail and fabricate custom cabinets for a kitchen remodel in a mid-century modern house. Jesse was one of 5 bids I solicited, and during bidding he asked sufficiently detailed questions to give confidence he could meet my high standards despite not being the lowest bidder. Throughout the process, Jesse was meticulous, patient, and a great collaborator as we discussed the implications of assembly details, drawer hardware, veneer layout, etc. His cabinets were easy to install, and he has been accommodating in follow-up adjustments. I am a carpenter. When I decided to build my own bungalow craftsman home I thought I might build my own kitchen cabinets since I had worked as a cabinet maker for several years. I'm glad I didn't. Jesse Bay understands his singular trade inside and out. I could tell from talking about my project, visiting his immaculate shop, and looking through his portfolio that he would build a much better finished product than anyone else in the field that I had encountered. In wanting everything in my home to look like it might have been built yesterday or a 100 years ago, to have a timeless quality, I had pretty specific ideas for the various aspects of its design. Jesse patiently walked me through each aspect of his bid with shop drawings and costs. Knowing my ideas from the back and forth of our discussions, Jesse was able to steer me to the most cost effective way of achieving my ends. The cabinets were built to meet my budget and my timeline. He has a small shop so I encourage folks to plan ahead and consult his company early in their design process ... especially since he will help you get what you might not even known you wanted before. When your cabinets are delivered you will receive a numbered diagram that details where each piece belongs. I did the install myself and each part fit together flawlessly. There was just one small hiccup where Reeve-a-shelf was too large for its location but he quickly shipped out a unit that would fit and credited me back the difference in price. Jesse was extremely patient with me in the design process and answered all of my many emails and calls promptly, courteously, and professionally. He is a true gentleman craftsman. A rare quality these days to find.
