Imagination Designs is a gem. We bought a standard plan and had Phillip (Jesse’s teammate) customize it over several months—patient, detail-obsessed, and fast with CAD (computer-aided design) revisions. Communication was tight. The set we received was permit-ready: floor plans, elevations, sections, window/door schedules, concrete, framing, everything— and clean dimensioning that our contractor appreciated. Jesse runs a lean studio that actually listens, iterates, and delivers. Our final drawings matched our vision exactly. Big-firm quality, small-shop care. We absolutely love our home design.

Commented: Hi! Love the stucco color! Do you know what the color name is?This is actually a brick home that has a slurry coat of mortar applied over it. I'll see if I can get the color of the paint from the builder. Thanks - Jesse
