I ordered two custom Wolf vanities for a master bath remodel in July and was given an eight week timeframe. They were delivered on time but what was delivered were the two vanity bases - no doors, no drawers! Then TWO MONTHS later, I received two of the seven drawers but not drawer fronts, then I received two drawer fronts but not the special screws needed to attach them. Then I received five drawer fronts but still no drawers. Then I finally received the two doors and two weeks later received a third door which I didn't need since there are only two vanities. Today, I received a package of two hinges for the door I don't need and a package that is labeled 64 screws needed for the all the drawer fronts and in the package was TWO screws. This has been going on for THREE Months with little more that apologies from the kitchen designer for all the UNEXPLAINED delays and INCORRECT deliveries and I still don't have completed vanities. Johnson Lumber came highly recommended and, unfortunately, they have failed to live up to their reputation. I would never do business with them again - their customer service is inexcusably poor and doing business with them has been a disaster.

Great affordable kitchen design experience. They are mostly a lumber and supply company, but have a kitchen design service on the side. Kitchen designer Andrea helped us get our dream kitchen within our budget and didn't make me feel like I needed to be ashamed of having a budget! The store front is NOT fancy, but the service and products are top notch.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation using cabinets purchased from Johnson Lumber. The cabinets (Starmark) are very good quality. Our designer Andrea was very integral to the process with layout and cabinet/drawer options to maximize the space. We also purchased quartz by Cambria through Johnson Lumber. Though the installation of the quartz did not go as planned Andrea worked with the supplier and all issues were taken care of. We are thrilled with our new kitchen!! Great quality. Great price. I will definitely refer Johnson Lumber for cabinetry, kitchens and baths.

Kristy did a great job and worked closely with my interior designer to design a beautiful kitchen for our renovated home and provided great quality options.

I have had the privilege of working with Kristy on five kitchens and baths this year. She has made the entire kitchen renovation process infinitely easier for my clients and I. She knows her product inside and out and also has a creative eye to incorporate beauty and function at the same time. Kristy has seen each project through with great customer service and is on top of any changes that need to be made throughout the process. I love the Starmark cabinetry line for quality, price and options and will continue to recommend it to all of my clients. I highly recommend Kristy and Johsnon lumber as a "go to" for kitchen and bath renovations.

We worked with Kristy to design our new kitchen. She was able to provide us our Tri-color kitchen and make my wife’s dream of her blue island come true. She was always open to our concerns and addressed them creatively and promptly. Our kitchen turned out great and Kristy’s dedication was the reason. We used Kristy for our bathroom vanity design and we look forward to working with her on future projects.

Jennifer Chavis was amazing!! She was very patient with my 500 questions and changing my mind on ideas (I can be a little indecisive lol). Jennifer was so helpful, she listened to all my wants/ needs and made it happen. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful! Jennifer made the whole process fun and painless! I would recommend her and Johnson Lumber to anyone who wants to get their kitchen done! She is amazing to work with!

Johnson Lumber - Kate , helped us remodel our outdated, non functional kitchen. We were so happy with the ease of the project. Kate visited our home, and drew plans to update our kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, a fabulous island, and overall and amazing, functional kitchen. I ordered Wolf Designer Cabinetry through Johnson Lumber Company and am thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism, willingness to work with me on design to get exactly what I wanted and for a cost that was just a bit more than Ikea would have been. I wanted a larger sink than normally would have worked and they moved some cabinets around to make it happen. I also was sad that I couldn't bring a nice old cabinet with me to put somewhere in my new condo, so Kate Johnson designed one for me using the Wolf cabinets! Once the kitchen design was decided but prior to ordering, they sent pictures of what it would look like, both from top looking down and also from each side of the kitchen. After they were installed by our contractor, we realized that one of the outside shelves had a flaw--they immediately ordered a replacement. It took approximately 6-8 weeks for the order to be built and delivered.

I used the services of J. F. Johnson Lumber Company in Millersville, MD during the extensive renovation of a 28-year-old house that included a kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen was relocated and expanded to allow more storage and eat-in capability. It also serves as the focal point of an open-plan design. Kate Johnson, Kitchen Design Specialist, provided excellent consultation on the kitchen design. She took draft plans developed by an architect and enhanced these greatly, designing a beautiful, functional kitchen that is the hallmark of the house redesign. The high quality construction of the Starmark maple cabinetry, Berenson hardware, and Emerald Pearl granite countertops, along with the ample storage and workspace, makes working in the kitchen a joy. Kate Johnson also provided expert design advice for two moderate-sized bathrooms, resulting in highly functional bathrooms with clean design and ample storage. I am very pleased with all of the furnishings (Aristokraft Thermofoil white vanities, Waldorf cultured marble countertops, medicine cabinet, and Berenson hardware) used in both bathrooms. Kate Johnson was very easy to work with, patiently guiding me through the myriad of design options available, providing timely design revisions, and helping me make the best decisions for my budget and requirements. She worked closely with my contractor, Home Professionals, to resolve all issues during the construction phase. I am also very pleased with the follow-up work Johnson and Johnson Lumber provided after project completion, to address various issues that naturally come to light after moving into a house. Replacements for several damaged cabinet doors were replaced quickly with no questions asked. I highly recommend J. F. Johnson Lumber Company for your home renovation projects. Terrible experience. Measured every Marvin replacement window wrong and tried to blame it on my contractor (who did not measure the windows), the trim, because they were clad in aluminium, or anything else they could come up instead of accepting responsibilty and correcting the problem. I have never dealt with a worse company. My contractor, who has been in business over 30 years had never been treated so badly by a company. Would not recommend them to anyone!!! This was a horrible experience.
