From Jason's first drawing my husband and I said, "This is the concept and here is our designer." We had sought the advice of other designers and architects, but Jason was the one who listened to us thoughtfully and answered our needs which were a solid, well thought out home, which we could live and entertain in for a very long time. It was a complex project, that needed multiple building permits, mechanical, and civil engineering which Jason coordinated beautifully, in a timely fashion and within our budget. Jason was able to overcome drawbacks of the site (near top of slope), and take advantage of the site advantage (the view, not only through the window/doors but replicated in the mirrored back splash above the stove). I have hired this company twice for my own personal build and 5 times for my design clients. I am a designer who does not do drawings. I therefor collaborate with Jason Grant who has a tremendous talent for zoning in on exactly what I want and need and I use nobody else in this town, but him ,to produce these architectual masterpieces!
