Jim is a craftsman and an artist! He was professional, diligent, and finished remodeling our bathroom on time. It turned out above our expectations! We are so grateful that we found McLaughlin Tile.

Jim just gave us the master bath of our dreams! He respected our home, laying down mats to protect our floors, plastic sheeting to keep demo dust to a minimum and finishing every work day by sweeping the floors. He guided us through all aspects of the job from design through material maintenence, suggesting proper cleaning products. We appreciated his knowledge, skill and attention to every detail. This is the 3rd major job McLaughlin Tile has done for us and we're looking forward to working with Jim again.

We used Jim on a prior tile floor project, and we were so pleased we didn't consider anyone else when we wanted help on our new sunroom. We asked Jim to tile the floor and create the stone fireplace surround. He did not disappoint. Both projects exceeded our expectations, and his pricing is good for someone of his quality. He's easy to work with, and he is one of those guys who is still a craftsman. We're already thinking about how we can use Jim on our next project. Highly recommended!

Jim was extremely professional when it came to remodeling our small master bedroom bathroom that had a closet. He transformed the closet into a gorgeous stand up shower. Jim was down to earth and very easy to work with. He gave us suggestions when needed and did everything that we asked of him. The tile work is amazing.
