Schicker Luxury Shower Doors Inc.

We used Schicker for our renovation many years ago. While they have a quality product, they were very difficult to deal with from an administrative standpoint/financial standpoint. It got to the point that we simply didn't trust them and ended up getting our attorney to draft a full and final release in exchange for payment. If they had had better customer/administrative service and hadn't been so impolite and difficult), we probably would have used them on our more recent full home renovation, which includes three frameless shower doors and an extensive glass railing for our roof deck.

Our project inspector/estimator was friendly, prompt, very informative and helpful. Although delivery was delayed due to the glass panels being subpar, I greatly appreciate Schicker's refusal to provide us with doors anything less than perfect. Our installers were extremely careful and did a fantastic job.

Several mornings ago two fine Gentlemen Eric and Graham met me at the street side and upon the greetings instantly I knew this job is in good hands. I only needed to replace a door, it appeared they had bathroom building tools. Pleasant attitudes without trying they have. Excellent job performed and Schicker has two Professional Repesentatives worthy of Recognition. Eric and Graham are the Top. The tempered custom shower door did explode, but they are willing to replace it, 4 yrs later, because we did not damage it in any way.
