Josh and his team at Treasured Spaces did an amazing job on our addition to our house. We couldn't be happier. The detail in all the work was thought out and looks great! It was clear that they took pride in their work and wanted everything to be correct too. Everyone that we talked with from the team through out the project was so easy to talk to and very respectful. We would hire them again without a second thought. We highly recommend them.

We hired Treasured Spaces to work on a major 2nd floor addition and main floor renovation. I can't say enough great things about working with Josh. He and his crew were always professional and produced great results. We couldn't be happier. We really trusted Josh who is fair, honest and down to earth. There is nothing shady or sale-sy about him. We did move out of the house as the work was extensive and he worked quickly, sticking very closely to the time line. We have heard nightmares about non responsive contractors who go way over deadline. This was not our experience. We were concerned such a remodel would upset our elderly neighbors on both sides but they all loved them too! We would use him again for sure!!

We worked with Josh and Treasured Spaces on a major kitchen and main level remodel of our 1985 built house in Bloomington. Although we were referred to Josh by a friend, we did bid our project out to 4 other contractors as well, and ended selecting him. -Josh was very responsive and accommodating to our questions during the bid process. We also hired our own designer, who Josh had never worked with, but collaborated with extremely well. -Josh's pricing was very fair, both in the initial bid, and in a couple small changes we made along the way. He was very transparent about the cost of materials, and itemized everything out. The bid we got from him was the lowest, although within 10% of 2 others. The 4th bid we got was over 30% higher. -Our project actually finished on schedule, with no delays (It was a 10 week project so were planning on 2-4 weeks of delays, but that never happened). Josh's crew was very respectful, and worked around our schedule some as we lived in the house during construction. -After the project finished, Josh took care of a few small issues we had without question.

I hired Josh and his team at Treasured Spaces Inc last summer to convert an outdated bathroom to a baby nursery. I didn't know if it was even possible because of the numerous pipes & obstacles but Josh and his team made it happen, and did a beautiful job with the room. We were pleasantly surprised their bid came in under what we thought it would be, and the work was done in a timely manner. The workers were professional and always showed up on time and were great at communicating any changes or reccommendations. We have hired Treasured Spaces to do another project since, and have recommended them to friends & family!

Treasured Spaces did an excellent job of installing our ceramic tile in our lower level Bar. Because the tile was installed in a finished lower level they had to level the floor prior to installation! The tile looks amazing- we couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend Treasured Spaces and hope to utilize them again for future projects!

We used treasured spaces on our lower level remodel. We changed put some old ugly carpet for beautiful porcelain tile! Wow what a difference. We are so pleased we already got a bid on our next project!

We hired Treasured Spaces to convert our open loft into a bedroom. We were expecting a baby right around the time of the project and Josh and the crew were very flexible with the scheduling. When the project started they did a fantastic job of minimizing the impact to us with a new baby in the house. The project turned out exactly like we had hoped. The team demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, making sure the final product met both of our expectations. As a customer that was very much appreciated. The project finished on time and on budget. We would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to our friends.

Josh and the team from Treasured Spaces was a great team to work with. Our project involved exterior work and complete remodel of our mail level including new kitchen and removal of existing walls. They assisted with the planning and managed the coordination of all the subcontractors. The quality of their work is excellent. They are very professional and exhibit a strong "can do" attitude. They listen well to our concerns, issues and answered all our questions. Many times they pointed out items and suggestions for a different approach without making us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Josh and the rest of the Treasured Spaces team.

Josh and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. They showed up on time every day and were very flexible since my job can sometimes run late or start early. Their work looks great and is getting complements from everyone who sees it. I will use Josh and his crew again when it is time to have more work done on my house, without hesitation.

Josh and his crew of Matt, Dusty, and Jacob completed the work on the remodel of our home. Due to the fact we had a renovation loan, we were on a strict deadline. Josh was very prompt with our renovation plans and his recommendations on subcontracting other aspects of our project. One thing for sure is that if Josh recommends something (ie., use his recommend company for counter tops and his recommended company for cabinets) I would use his recommendations. As home owners, we tried to cut costs on certain items and in the end it created a nightmare of phone calls for my wife and I along with unneeded stress because "we" as the home owners thought we could find something "cheaper" by not using Josh's recommendations. Josh was very prompt to respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages and was very good with working with the city on permits and inspections. We will be using Treasured Spaces for another upcoming project.

We hired Treasured Spaces, Inc. to renovate our kitchen, living & dining rooms, bedrooms and add a new bathroom. They were great to work with, very professional and trustworthy. Their finished work is done with the utmost attention paid to detail and the quality of work is excellent. We recommend Treasured Spaces, Inc. to all our friends and family and will continue to do so. We are renovating another bathroom soon and can't wait to work with them again.

Project: Remodel of bedroom with relocation of windows and addition of closet space. Remodel of office into master bedroom with new closet (lighting and organization installed in addition to closet) and relocation of windows. Relocated old light fixtures to accommodate for ceiling fans. New trim placed and ceilings sprayed in both rooms. Detached garage door replaced with larger low clearance door and new siding. Great company, professional work, easy to communicate with! Open to our ideas and able to suggest ways to maximize space for remodel. Kept us part of process with frequent walk through of project. Cleaned up well during and after remodel and during project sectioned off work area to keep remainder of house clean and liveable. Finished job ahead of schedule and on budget. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again for future projects and remodels!!
